Pros

Aweber was one of the first email marketing services I used. It helped me learn how to get started but I wasn't completely happy with it.

Cons

I didn't find it as easy to use as I'd hoped. I eventually switched to ConvertKit, which I find much easier.

Capterra was a completely foreign name to me until I did extensive research on the products, philosophy and services offered. There are more than four hundred software programs, this was the big statement that really drew me in to learn more. Whether you run a non profit, or a church, or a restaurant the software program list is endless and accesible. I'm sure if you had a lemonade stand you would be able to find the product you needed. Navigating the site is easy as well and they don't try to push other products onto you. The customer service is amazing as well and really focuses on customer satisfaction which in turn makes people repeat customers and word of mouth starts spreading so more people can learn about the company. Thank you capterra for helping me go forward with my non profit organization !

Cannot think of any cons.

I think it is solid, you dont need to replace the Aweber Email Marketing software. Price would only give some people reservations, but besides that it's good.

Pros

If you spend time in it, things will become easier. You don't need tech support a lot of the times. You can figure it out for the most part.

Cons

The landing page functionality, not great. It is not a clickfunnels or anything like that. Landing page is not innovative, but it would do the job if you like a simple layout.

I used AWeber for 3 years and it was great, easy to use and to the point and I remember that my emails never went to spam and that is huge !

Cons

The most important Cons was the price, not that it was expensive but it was not flexible and adaptable.

Building campaigns is very easy. You will find at least one email template that matches your business needs

Cons

Price. Competitors offer cheaper rates or at least free for a certain number of contacts / emails. Email deliveribility could also improve

Pros

I love that I can have entire email sequences to different clients at different times in their life-cycle.

Cons

IT's not as flashy as some others, but that's not a huge heal at all.

It is very easy to customize you can easily select a custom design of your choice one that suits your preferences and the whole process is just as easy as dragging and dropping

Cons

however, in terms of the default design that comes with your package in terms of its appearance it's not that good I feel like a lot better can be done to improve its appearance

Pros

Since there is more users and the tools is growing they have more integration with some CMS like wordpress or drupal. The reports that you can get are good, easy to read and understand what is going on with you campaigns.

Cons

Price is kind of expensive and the experience across the tool is not as fun or easy as with other similar vendors.

Pros

I liked using aweber alot, it really helped me setting up email campaigns with lots of options to set up different emails, I could decide when I wanted to send them and to who, very targeted.

Cons

One thing I didn't like was that it was a little expensive at the time and there were cheaper alternatives out there, but it is high quality software.

I loved using Aweber it made our marketing easy and fast.

Pros

Great automation, offers free trial to new users, fast live chat customer support team that knows their work, allows scheduling of mails.

Cons

Requires some skills to maximize on profits of automation, its expensive for small-scale users but does wonders for medium and large-scale users.

Pros

AWeber has an app so you can handle email campaigns on the go. Pricing is just where I need it to be. Emails are responsive.

Cons

I would like more choices on the templates. With everything being mobile responsive, I need more choices of how things look good on mobile.

I appreciate Aweber for the ease of use, the ability to integrate with wordpress sites, create forms and managing email lists.

Cons

Lack of product innovation and rule-based automation while other competitors are offering much more value at around the same cost.
