Pros A very User-friendly platform I found it to be. Their chat support is the best I have ever come across. even during my early days with them in the most basic plan, they treated me like a VIP. Felt really good about it. so stuck with them Cons Nothing as such so far. All there feature have been pretty cool. I eventually shifted away from aweber for more robust all-in-one solutions and solutions that have more features such as built-in voip phones, or landing pages, or heatmap, or SMS, or agency-friendly (multi-brand/workspace) solutions. Pros Aweber is easy and fast to deploy. It has everything you need for email marketing for a small business. Cons Aweber doesn't have the ability to really customize forms nicely.
