Pros: I liked the fact that it was accurate. It also helped us to offer more training to our representative.

Cons: There was not anything I did not like about this software. It offered more that I wanted or expected.

Overall: I benefited by being able to really see what my call center representatives are doing and narrow down how to train them where it was needed.

Pros: This software enables the user to analyze the incoming and outgoing calls. There is an option to download calls or even email them.

This helps a lot in training the client service agents.

Cons: I didn't have any problems. Absolutely loved it.

Overall: Mostly this softy was used as a analysis tool to help the agents perform better. Also to study the pattern of the inbound and outbound calls in the business.

Pros: Used it once for 4-5 months, I must say it's very helpful, it gives you most of the details required for any incoming or outgoing call.

Cons: There isn't anything I dislike about this but yes support could be little better.thanks

Overall: Overall experience is good, it is actually quite helpful.
