Their implementation and support are among one of the best. Our business models align and we have the same visions. Pros What our team loves about Grasp Reporting is the ease of use and the ability to customize our reports. We also love the team, support, and partnership at Grasp, they truly care about solutions and results. Cons The only con is their reports aren't "pretty" as some other reports/tools. The helpfulness of the staff and the evolution of the product has been monumental. Using this product to deliver reports to clients and being able to create exactly what they need using the builder tool has made us as a Travel Management Company look like superstars. Pros The site is quick and there is always new upgrades and reports being released. I am a heavy user of the product and seeing that there is always innovation and updates being done shows that there is no stopping where this product can grow to. The support team is amazingly helpful and responsive. I have asked for custom reports to be built or designed and the turn around time and confirmation that all of the portions of the report have been done as requested is 100% accurate. Cons Would like to have more flexibility on adding custom fields into existing reports and being able to use the existing reports with the formats they are in and make small adjustments. Would like to see more dashboard options and ability to be interactive with the dashboard. The ability to show a projected growth or decline in spend based on previous data. In the last couple of years it seems GRASP has made some necessary improvements with the interface and support staff. Pros I like this software was created for travel data specifically. The features and staff are familiar with the industry and are able to assist with specific requests. Cons Report Builder (specifically formulas) could be trained on more. Since the language is different from Excel formulas it does take some additional knowledge. Also, some of the icons for refreshing the report and the data are the same in the Report History tab. Pre-Covid, during and ongoing on all fronts. Teams have answered questions client related, agency related and provided reporting and system updates support (report building, C02, vendor, marketshare, database efficiencies, etc.) in a timely manner, been super sensitive to our needs and always eager to meet and exceed all expectations. Knowledgeable, Understanding and Responsive overall my experience has been above board. Thank you to all for all that you do. Pros The software is user friendly, the support is amazing and everyone is always so responsive. Reports can be customized, ability to build own, however Grasp already offers many static reports that generally meet most needs for data capture. Administration ease, adding users, database updates, changes, etc. very effective and can be done with little time. Easy to Demo to clients, access to Data Cafe is a perk to most finance roles, knowing where your travellers are, real-time information at finger tips. Cons During the last 3 years with Covid taking up more than 50 percent of my time while at TTI I have not had any concerns. I do plan to review more reporting options, review currency CAD/USD/etc. capabilities, set up a comprehensive high level Dashboard. All reporting used for client business reviews, analytics and data thus far have been very useful. Will share thoughts with team as we continue forward. They even come check on you from time to time. Nice newletters, great training videos. Industry leaders (or pioneers at least) in this crazy travel industry where the only constant is change. Pros One can use only the modules that you need. We use Grasp PREPARE for data cleaning. DATA for reporting, AGENT for transparency with many many independent agents. They were there when the industry had it's data-revolution and keep up nicely. Cons It is a little tricky (for a complete novice) to find the right data item name when using filters. They are not visible in a canned report to be able to look up/mimic. But just like any new thing, a few tries and you can find it. Moreover asking the support desk always nets a lovely reply. The efficiencies we have gained by using Grasp have allowed our company to grow without necessarily needing to add more head count to our MIS Department. Pros GraspDATA is not only easy to implement but also easy to use and the support we receive from the Grasp help desk is absolutely superior! Everyone is so very helpful and most have a background in the travel industry which is very helpful. Pros I like being able to email the reports to my customer from right inside the program. Was not able to do that prior.The sales and support team are outstanding! Cons Would like to be able to sync the data myself when necessary. Also was used to creating my own ad-hoc reports without paying a sperate fee to do so. It would be nice to create some simple ones on my own. You can use the "Favorites" designation to find your personal favorites quickly without scrolling through the library. Pros I use grasppay for an account, i like that we don't have to do manual cc authorizations. Support is great and very quick to respond. Cons Because a lot of hotels don't use fax machines anymore, the faxes fail, so that is a pain to have to deal with.
