Overall Grasp is great to provide what we need, but the most important part I've encountered that I'd like to highlight is the Customer Service. We've always received EXCEPTIONAL customer service! The representatives we've worked with (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]) have always gone above & beyond to make sure we get what we need, or work out any issue we're having, or really just to fulfill any request we throw at them! They work tirelessly to resolve our issue, or provide assistance & are always extremely professional, polite & friendly; not to mention the amount of knowledge they have that they can share with us, it's great! They've provided so much support that's helped us tremendously along the way, I don't know where we'd be without them!

Pros

I like that you're able to build & customize your own reports if what's in the standard/existing reports isn't available & that for the most part the software is fairly easy to use, once you know what you need to look for & how to use it.

Cons

Finding reports you need can be a very tedious, time consuming process. Also, there have been several instances where data is not correct; which I know the data comes from Trams, but there have been several times where there have been discrepancies b/c of the way things are synched or loaded & we've had to make adjustments in order to get the data to match up. It can be very frustrating.

Customer service is great. The team follows through and works cases well. Grasp is open to new customization and solving challenging data projects.

Pros

Like the ability to do advanced and customized reports to achieve data goals that might be too complex with other software. Ability to consolidate multiple data sources, mapping tables and custom data uploads.

Cons

Lacks interactive PowerBI type data visualizations. Need multiple dynamic date range options within reports. Can sometimes 'break' when enhancements or maintenance done.

Grasp Data is no doubt a great reporting tool! I have worked with other reporting tools and found very easy to navigate and manage. We have used Grasp Technology’s products for few years now, we have cut our response time to client to half the time. With the capability to build our own reports with Grasp Report Builder, we found a great saving of money. We are also able to automate the reports and give access to client, which save us time and less request traffic. Grasp Technologies' customer service is exceptional. Grasp Technology is of great value to our company.

Pros

Grasp Report Builder is a good option to build your own reporting.

Cons

Multi sorting capability in Report Builder will be a good addition.

For me personally - the ability to monitor airline sales based on flown revenue, rather than booked revenue or travel date.

Cons

I don't own the company. It's what I wanted as a reporting tool. But someone else built it!

I love the Report Builder features and ability and love that I can schedule reports to be sent on a regular basis. I also love that I can create the quality control reports for my team, which allow them to check their work as well.

Pros

I love the fact that I can create the reports I need and then schedule them and be done with it. My ability to manipulate the data and create reports that apply to my business and clients is invaluable.

Cons

I wish the software had more of a capability of reporting on leisure travel as well as corporate travel.

I have enjoyed working with Grasp for over 20 years. They were my 'go to' company for any time I need help or customization. Not too easy to do anymore.

Pros

I like working with the staff at Grasp. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and take the time to understand my needs. If and when possible they are always there to help.

Cons

I am not a big fan of Grasp Data. I always have trouble locating 'just the right' report with the data that I need. Too many choices, too many different options and names. And...we have to pay quite a bit more to have the 'build your own' feature added. I think it should be a part of the base product.

Reason for choosing Grasp Technologies

I always look to Grasp or Agency Technology to solve my problems.

This it the best client based tracking software, past travels, package bookings, client information stored encrypted, amazing tracking and invoicing

Do need a few more tour operators added to live connect, with option to request that tour operator.

Barb, I hear you! Finding reports seems to be the #1 suggestion for improvement. We implemented the simple search not too long ago, but again, this can still have its challenges. You can also use the "Favorites" designation to find your personal favorites quickly without scrolling through the library. Additionally, once marked as a favorite, the "My Favorite Reports" dashboard widget allows you to run your report directly from the dashboard! We will keep working to make finding reports easier. I have been able to put a pretty picture of data in front of my clients but it isnt real time as its only updated 1x a week because of ARC

I like the dashboard as it looks impressive but some of the reports are useless

Cons

Most of the reports are useless. Some dont work at all. I think interfacing should be 1x a week on a Tuesday or a Wednesday fixable by the agency so the most up to date information is available. Reports should be available to help my bookkeeper with their job to show discrepancies but since this is a slave to Trams and that is the data source thenI dont know if this is possible. Its cost...you should have an ability to bill on use for low end users

The overall experience with Grasp is that I could not run my CTD as efficient as I do without the support of the Grasp team, knowledge, and tool you have created. I think of Grasp as an extension of my team.

Pros

The people who work at Grasp are experts in the travel business. They are extremely customer service oriented but are the absolute best at problem solvers.

Cons

The only issues I have had are trying to find the exact report I am looking for, but a quick email to support will get you several reports options and if not then there will be a phone conversation.

I am able to run the reports I need to assist me managing clients travel

Cons

It is not necessarily a GRASP issue, but i dont like how when tickets are not used (ie. cancelled and went to credit) this is not listed anywhere in GRASP and I need to manually validate reports. Sometimes the filters are not easy to determine and they can be different depending on the type of report (standard vs builder, this can make it difficult to determine the right filter to use.)

Overall love the product and the flexibility it has given our staff to continue to work when traditional office hours were not possible

Pros

During the pandemic we took our travel agency from being store front to home based. This was only possible due to Grasp and the cloud. This has allowed us to have our agents service their clients not just from their home office, but anywhere in the world. Where some agencies saw their business fall off dramatically our office was able to salvage the 2020/2021 travel year since our agents could access their CRM and preferred supplier online booking engines.

We have had some hiccups with being able to print from email in the cloud versus access online

Cons

There are limitations with report builder and some of the functionality. There are parts of our accounting system that are unable to be synced into GraspDATA. We run into software issues from time to time that require Grasp support to fix.

Using Grasp Agent reports has given our Agents the ability to really pay attention to their numbers in their business, and to be more aware about sales, goals and their income. This has also freed up time with our in house accountant to not have to produce individual agent monthly reports and manually send, it's all done within Grasp now with a few clicks!

Easy to use, easy to train agents how to use, love the graphs (visual) and the reports. Also was able to customize to our specific agency needs. We came up with an idea, Grasp came up with a solution.

### "TRAMS is easier for me to uses than GRASP"

It's been a very long time that we've used Grasp( primarily for client reporting)...I am not client facing so I use TRAMS for my everyday reporting. I would like Prepare to come up with Prepare rules that mimic TRAMS ability to "global modify"

Pros

Prepare makes it easy to clean up data ..I did have a difficult time a really hard time getting the programmer to understand what I wanted in a "custom" rule.

Cons

I think formulating a query is not intuitive...it's easy to have a misstep.
