The sync we have subscribed to does not have real time data. Always have to wait until next day for the overnight data sync.

Michelle, thanks for your feedback on the real-time sync. In addition to the standard sync (1/night) we have two additional options for "fresher" data: multi-sync and manual sync. I am also happy to tell you that we are testing a new sync process that will be considerably closer to real-time and should be available standard next year. Erik

Grasp offers an array of products that meet my overall needs that not only helps me manage my daily operations but provides easy access of data to both my clients and employees in an online environment. It also adds levels of security that allows me to quickly update or restrict access not only to my employees but my clients as well. New clients and employees can be added or removed in a matter of minutes.

Your team is responsive and very knowledgeable about the product. The only improvement would be that many of your standard reports would be a great base to start when creating our own reports. It would be helpful to be able to modify or save as on standard reports.

The ability to create whatever is need and your support team is the best around!

Expressions can be a bit of a challenge at times but that is a learning curve on my end.

### "Grasp Data is vital to my agency and my clients"

I've began working with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and Grasp not long after I opened my agency in 1998. His early products helped bridge the gap between the data coming from Trams and the needs of my clients. As my agency grew my clients began requesting reports that Trams didn't have or that required lengthy manual processing to meet the clients needs. Grasp Data is a major time saver. Also, while Grasp has grown, they still treat me as an important client and provide great customer service.

Pros

Thousands of reports that fit almost every client/agency need. Customer service has always been responsive. Ability to request new reports on the rare occasion when they don't have a report meets a client's specifications.

Cons

The problems we usually have are mostly related to the data that is captured by Trams from the GDS.

It works great if they dont use concur - for Virtual cards

Cons

Grasp Pay - and I hate sending emails all the time - it would be nice to have a number to call when you have questions. Emails back and forth get no where sometimes. Its very frustrating

Very easy to use. I like the different output of the reports. For example, being able to run the report as data only.

Cons

There should be more filters added. There were 2 reports I was looking at for a client. The data I needed was on 2 separate reports. Also, it would be nice to make changes on an existing report without having to pay for the report builder.
