Always have to wait until next day for the overnight data sync. In addition to the standard sync (1/night) we have two additional options for "fresher" data: multi-sync and manual sync. New clients and employees can be added or removed in a matter of minutes. The only improvement would be that many of your standard reports would be a great base to start when creating our own reports. It would be helpful to be able to modify or save as on standard reports. Pros The ability to create whatever is need and your support team is the best around! Cons Expressions can be a bit of a challenge at times but that is a learning curve on my end. His early products helped bridge the gap between the data coming from Trams and the needs of my clients. As my agency grew my clients began requesting reports that Trams didn't have or that required lengthy manual processing to meet the clients needs. Grasp Data is a major time saver. Also, while Grasp has grown, they still treat me as an important client and provide great customer service. Pros Thousands of reports that fit almost every client/agency need. Customer service has always been responsive. Ability to request new reports on the rare occasion when they don't have a report meets a client's specifications. Cons The problems we usually have are mostly related to the data that is captured by Trams from the GDS. I like the different output of the reports. For example, being able to run the report as data only. Cons There should be more filters added. There were 2 reports I was looking at for a client.
