Cons I would like to be able to switch the display to Japanese. Since many of our customers are Japanese companies and many of them do not have English skills, we would be able to share GRASP with more customers if we could display it in Japanese. For a product to be truly great is needs amazing support and sales people and Grasp has it, Pros The software is easy to use and effective for our needs. It lets us be competitive in our industry. Cons We had some compatibility issues with other programs we use and Grasp.
