Excellent so far-one year and counting so we’re getting comfortable. Lite code solutions that we can implement creates value, while we rely on our VAR for more complex tasks.

Pros

Security, mobility, excellent WIP reporting included with the Construction module. Implementation with a good VAR

Cons

Single sign on really should be included in the base package-security shouldn’t be an add-on! Report Designer is powerfully but could be a lot more user-friendly.

Acumatica is the first ERP I would actually recommend to another business. I believe it can be whatever a business needs it to be.

Pros

It is customizable and has excellent out of the box functionality. I’m impressed with the new features and on-going development.

Cons

Work orders needs more functionality with outside processes and outside labor rollup. Our costs are not always accurate

Excellent. Acumatica is very flexible and easy to use. It is intuitive which facilitates the work to be completed.

Pros

Simple esa in data view. The data use to validate processes is clear and simple to analyze as part of my role.

Cons

Access granting granularity. The process to grant or restrict an access is very difficult. It would be good to provide an easier way to do it.

So far it’s been good. We just recently launched it 3 months ago. And it seems like it’s user friendly enough for all of our employees in different department

Pros

The low/no code in a lot of processes which make a lot of users who don’t have technical capabilities able to use the system easily

Cons

I still find it a bit hard sometimes to figure out where thing is (like specific screen, etc). Would be nice if it allows us to type some keywords related to the screen, and the screen shows up

Overall, I am very pleased with Acumatica. We are barely scratching th surface of what it is capable of, but I am looking forward to incorporating more of its functionality into our organization.

Pros

Acumatica helps us work more efficiently and effectively in accounting, finance, and inventory control.

Cons

Acumatica is a little complex and sometimes overwhelming when getting started for some user. Navigating the vast availability of customizations is heavy for some.

Overall we have been very pleased with our Acumatica implementation. It has really allowed us to modernize our systems and processes.

Pros

The connectivity to our other solutions. The ability to quickly and easily create GIs that allow us to see current and relevant information.

Cons

Currently we are experiencing challenges with visibility to landed costs. We have also experienced a lot of issues with Infios edges connection to Acumatica.

Acumatica has been a game changer for a company. We’ve been able to automate daily processes and work close, improving accuracy, and efficiency, allowing our team to manage exceptions.

Pros

\- Ease of use and the ability to customize and configure the software to fit our business needs. - Ability to automate and improve daily work flows in processes.

Acumatica has been a wonderful relief from an old legacy ERP system. We now have a single source of truth to rely on for accurate business insights

Pros

The customizability, allowing the user to alter the system to fit the exact needs of use. This is the best part of Acumatica in my mind.

Cons

There is occasionally a lack of documentation for certain problems. This comes with the territory of being custom for each industry.
