I like how it's supposed to link everything together. The community seems great. Cons No integrated documentation for the processes and change. No way to visualise what will be. Some features don't seem accessible. I don't know if it was modified by the VAR. Pros I actually enjoy the fact that I as a customer, I can customize it instead of having to pay someone else to do it. The fact that the software isn’t locked down, makes it all the more desirable. Cons Out of the box reporting. Limited reporting that met or needs. Cons Work orders needs more functionality with outside processes and outside labor rollup. Our VAR has staff that are 100% in on the project with us. We are not doing this alone. Cons The fact we have to prepay while on-boarding. But of course, we understand why but a heads up sooner regarding this would have been better. We switched over from Dynamics SL and it has been great. I like how easy it was to learn. Cons The thing I like least about Acumatica was our implementation. Cons Shipping carrier integration I believe is severely lacking. It should be able to use any of the options or features of any shipment on a per shipment basis. They keep each screen limited to what is necessary for optimal functioning. Cons Implementation and upgrades can be tricky, and are not doable on your own. You definitely need an implementation team.
