Pros User friendly. Fairly easy to train new staff on. Has nice, built-in certificates. Inexpensive. Cons No drop down bars for colors; cannot search pets by multiple parameters (ie breed and color). No drop down bars for referrals so harder to evaluate referral reports. Owner/developer is good on customer service but his associate is not. CS Calls are not called back promptly, and sometimes not at all. Estimates don't print correct totals at times. Inventory is always off, we are constantly adjusting quantities.
