My overall experience has been fantastic. The platform provides all the tools a non-profit needs, backed by great customer support. If you are considering this software for your organization, I highly suggest booking a demo call with their team. They will walk you through the software and show you exactly how it can be customized for your needs.

Pros

InfoFlo is a fantastic case management software tailored specifically for non-profits. One of the biggest highlights is the incredible customizability, which allows you to mold the software to fit your specific use cases perfectly. The support team is also exceptional, they really understand the needs of non-profits and make the setup process super easy. Whenever you need help or have questions, you get to speak directly with a real human on a call, rather than dealing with automated bots. Finally, I appreciate the flexibility of their infrastructure, they offer servers in both Canada and the US, so you have the freedom to choose exactly where you want to store your data.

Cons

I haven't encountered any significant downsides so far. The team has been incredibly helpful in overcoming any initial learning curves during the setup process, and the software works exactly as promised.

We've been using InfoFlo at the office for about four months. Mainly for tracking customer info and keeping email threads in one place. I'm on it most days, usually right before a call, just to remind myself what we last talked about with someone. Before this, I was juggling Outlook and a spreadsheet, which worked until it didn't. Having it all together has made things a bit less chaotic, honestly.

Pros

The Outlook integration is the thing I actually use. Someone calls, I pull up the contact, and I can see the email history without digging through my inbox. That alone has probably saved me a decent amount of back-and-forth. The other thing I appreciated is that we didn't have to commit to a full feature set upfront. We started with the basics and added a module a couple months in when we figured out we needed it. That flexibility helped since we weren't sure how much of it we'd actually end up using.

Cons

Interface looks a bit dated. It's functional once you've poked around enough, but if someone new is sitting down with it for the first time, they'll probably spend a few minutes just figuring out where things are. The mobile app is fine for quick lookups or dropping a note, but anything more than that and I'd rather just wait until I'm at my desk. It doesn't feel like it was really built with mobile in mind.

Switched to this mainly because I was tired of paying monthly fees for software I wasn't fully using. Been using it for a few months now to keep client info organized and track Outlook emails, and it does what I need without much fuss. Getting started was easier than I expected, I didn't have to watch tutorials or anything, just figured it out as I went.

Pros

The Outlook integration is what I actually use every day. Having email history sitting right next to a client's notes means I'm not constantly switching between windows trying to remember what we talked about last time. That alone justified it for me. The fact that you can start with a stripped-down version and add things later is also nice.. I didn't feel pressured to buy more than I needed upfront.

Cons

The interface looks like it hasn't been touched in a while. Everything works, but next to something like HubSpot or even some of the free tools, it looks pretty old. A few of the menus took me a bit to figure out, nothing that stopped me from using it, but there were a couple moments where I wasn't sure where something was. You do get used to it. It's more of an annoyance than a dealbreaker, but I'd probably like it more if the UI got some attention.

Switched from

[Brevo Marketing Platform](https://www.capterra.com/p/132996/brevo/)

Brevo was fine for email marketing but it wasn't really built for managing client relationships. I needed something where I could track contacts, log emails, and keep notes all in one place without paying a recurring fee every month.

Overall, InfoFlo is a reliable and useful CRM for managing contacts, tracking communication, and organizing customer information. It works well for daily business needs, though it could benefit from a more modern design and stronger mobile functionality.

Pros

InfoFlo is a helpful CRM that makes it easy to manage contacts, track communication, and keep customer information organized. The features are useful for daily business tasks, and the system works well for improving productivity. It may not feel as modern as some newer CRM platforms, and the mobile experience could be better, but overall it is a reliable tool for managing customer relationships.

Cons

The interface feels a bit outdated compared to newer CRM platforms, and some advanced features and integrations are limited. The mobile experience could also be improved.

The functionality and control of my data have improved, and with a smoother integration, I can make calls, record communications, and invoice from within a single integrated ecosystem.

Pros

InfoFlo allows me to add only the modules I need, such as advanced tasks, permissions, invoicing, and document management, making everything more personalized and preventing the system from feeling overwhelming or too cumbersome for my team, because we only activate what we actually use. Having mobile access is useful when I'm out of the office because I can view my task list, contacts, history, and schedule meetings or follow-ups before a call. It's a very secure platform, and I feel confident storing important documents without fear of anything happening.

Cons

There are occasional errors like freezes and error messages, especially when there are many active tasks or data, but restarting the application fixes everything, although it does interrupt my workflow.

Please look into all options before making a decision; I wish my company took the time to research better. I would recommend Sales Force, Monday.com etc.

Pros

I have yet to have a positive experience while using InfoFlo. I have made several attempts as has all of my staff and it is just not a good program.

Cons

The program is not user friendly. Simple tasks, like assigning a sales rep to an account is not available. When we ask to add the feature we are told it will cost thousands of dollars and will take months as they do not have the "manpower" to get it done. Each step of the way when we have attempted to use the program features are just not available. I believe they bring you in and try and get you to spend money on upgrades, then they say we don't have the "manpower" to write the code... next thing you know months have passed and they refuse to discuss any type of refund. RUN!

Response from Vendor

Unfortunately this customers' staff member who was left in charge of the project had a technology gap when it came to implementing software. We spent a lot of time with them free of charge but there was always an issue and they were not flexibile or open to any change (scared of change). We are sorry it did not work out for them. We have a over a 95% successful implementation rate with all our customers.
