I have been using this software for less than 6 months. But what can i say is that i'm able to understand and master using this software only in 1-2 days. Just key in all the use cases, functional and non functional requirements, actors and poof your document is ready. It even auto generate your use case diagrams. Plus point their customer support is very supportive and efficient in resolving your issues. Keep up the goob jobs serlio !

Pros

With ability to generate to microsoft word is a big deal for me as all my documents need to be in .docx format. This software is just like a one step center as you can create your document based on your preference.

Cons

Obviously the interface kinda outdated.

Pros

Its Feature to automatically binds all the Functional Requirements ,Non functional requirements and use case diagrams in to document is amazing

Cons

We need to make some struggle to find the things in this tool otherwise the tools is awesome.

We use Case Complete in conjunction with a UML modeling tool which has limited reporting capabilities. So we import all the data from the modeling tool in textual format into Case Complete which has superior data viewing and reporting capabilities. It's very easy to slice, dice, filter the data in case complete to get the view we want. Another advantage of this tool is great importing capabilities. We use an excel template to load large amounts of data with ease. The only thing I would change about this tool is the way it looks. Current UI seems kinda dated. Maker could consider adding some smooth / shading effects to the panels and also the text.

Pros

Very simple to use. New users can get upto speed in no time.

Cons

User interface seems kinda dated. Tool hangs up when dealing with large amount of data with no busy sign.
