Genesis is a Web Hosted (SaaS) Predictive Dialing Call Center Solution Platform, you can select what modes you need, i.e. (Outbound, Inbound, Blended, and Preview). No operating software and no soft phone are downloaded on your computer, no local and long distance phone bills for outbound dialing. Pros: Lightweight; easy user functionality; easy to train other users; makes internal transfers a breeze

Overall: As a vendor, we found it easy to transfer calls. Love the way it automatically populates customer information. Works well with different phone systems.
