There are a lot of use-cases; like a ERP-system, Master Data system and even online webportals.

Pros

It is very easy to setup a graphical interface on top op the builded SQL datamodel. Also the access rights application (IAM) is very easy to maintain.

Cons

For simple functionality or businessrules a lot of T-SQL coding is needed. This is done within the Software Factory from ThinkWise itself (centralised), but take a lot of hours to develop and test.

It has been mostly neutral, it offers strong database relational development, but I think it has a long way to go

Pros

Working with databases is extremely pleasant and there's very little setup required to have a basic app setup

Cons

When you need something that doesn't fall in it's standard kit of features it becomes extremely complicated to implement the most basic thing
