The software is fast and effective. The dashboard functions correspond very well with what we had previously used on search appliances. The software is handling over 60 searches per minute with no issues. Pros Indexing is blazing fast. The software has handled a large index very well and does not bog down when performing searches. Support is quite efficient, and response time is very good. Cons Ideally, it would be nice if the license were lifetime and not a yearly renewal.
