Very easy to filter information within the QT9 system itself. Pros QT9 is the best system I ever used! It keeps everything organized. Tracks movements in real time, to see what, where and when. Excellent tracking for FDA audits. Cons I do not have any complaints. You, you're team members and other departments can use with ease. Members can all be on at the same time without interuptions. Pros A reliable, affordable cloud based all-in-one QMS that is user friendly and has great customer service. Cons Some modules remain unused because they are not customizable. We use parts of them for our own purposes, but it would be nice to change the entire module. Outstanding service, great system and they have an ERP system that intergrates with their QMS. Pros QT9 is intuitive to use, covers all the bases of QMS system and is a very good value for the price. Document Management, Training, Tracking Internal Audits and CARS are very easy to do and well connected. Also, their customer service has been great. Cons I do wish with documentation you could enter search words in mutiple columns (as opposed to only one at a time) for a more pointed search. Also, one sign in page no matter what you are signing into (training versus the whole system). I use QT9 QMS every day and it has helped me keep organized and know what is needed in the near future. Pros Having the ability to quickly retain any document needed for my job functions and for others. The document requests can be a cumbersome task but QT9 makes it easy to keep track. The Customer Feedback and CAPA modules allow for team collaboration (through tasks) and help with data trending. I especially like that the tasks can have a due date (with notifications.) Very helpful with CAPAs to keep up with action plans and VOE. Pros It is a great value for the money! All other eQMS sites were a lot more. I also love the training module. I also keep all my document management in QT9 for control and revisions. Cons After entering a field, if I do not hit save, before going to another tab, it doesn't save. When I do several document reviews, I have to go into a separate module to 'publish' the document. Why not just publish after approval or be able to do a mass publish without entering my passcode several times. Review Source TA Tara A. The filters are good and you can customize your view. It is also easy to export data and to implement the use of the modules from a paper-based system. QT9 support is EXCELLENT. They are very responsive and provide great service. It also provides significant added value for the cost - best bang for your buck! It has allowed us to eliminate at least 75% of our administrative work and provided significant enhancement to visibility. Pros QT9 is out of the box friendly while still having the ability to customize to your processes with the user defined fields. Cons QT9 is still missing some of the key elements of ISO 13485 industry-wide accepted best practices in the out of the box offerings. It has been an amazing system thus far. Pros The doc control module is extremely helpful and useful for our daily operations. It helps us to align the team and ensure everyone is compliant per external standards and internal processes. Cons The Reporting module for Training. It does not provide the ability to search by Skillset (unless I'm missing something). If an auditor were to ask, "Who is trained on \*X skillset\*?" there is not an easy way to pull that information. That makes a big difference because that is the type of quality system we are required to have. Pros Very user friendly and the training guides are great. I think the interface is easy to use, the AI tool is very helpful, too. Cons Some of the processes are long and I think they could be streamlined to have less clicks, less places to go, and I think having bulk updates would be nicer. Pros Very in-depth for ISO 9001 rollout. Sales support is strong. The training materials are very good. The audit prep tools are as well. Cons Still determining. Good so far. Cons While there are options to change the frequency at which reminders are sent, I wish there were a way to better customize who receives notifications. Review Source R Reviewer Dir of Compliance Used the software for: 1-3 years ### "Limited Flexability " July 14, 2020 3.0 To be honest we do not use all the modules within QT9 but the ones we do use allow us to get by and pass our QMS audits, but for the power user like myself that wants to extract detailed performance data you’ll have to extract the data and pull it into excel and manipulate it to get metrics you need. What you see is what you get, no customizing nothing. No overdue notifications or escalation process built in. Pros Ease of rolling out the product. Built in forms are helpful for a beginner. There are some features if you dig into the settings that allow you minor custom uses. The Calibration and Prevenative Maintenance Modules are promising and somewhat helpful. The document control module has worked well for us. Cons 1\. the biggest disappointment - No customability of modules and forms. Lots of tabs on the nonconforming product and corrective action forms and you cannot get rid of the tabs you do not need, You cannot even hide the tabs. Absolutely no customization to tailor to your organization. 2. No email reminders if you have overdue actions pending, you’ll have to look at the database daily. 3. No filtering of overdue items in perato analysis. You can filter: Open Items, Closed, Rejected, Submitted and deleted but nothing to tell you if an item is past due. No email notifications if an item goes past due. You can only disply the entire reports that are overdue. 4. Ad Hoc Reports are Lackluster for reporting performance data analysis (Perato Analysis, Bar Graphs, Line Graphs etc) Nothing here to help you determine how effective or ineffective your QMS is. 5. If you have more than one process approver (Risk, CA’s, NC’s etc) and one of them approves the action the other approvers cannot go back and make changes. Your locked out. I had myself and one other person approving a risk and the other approver approved the risk and I could not make any changes. I had to delete the entire risk action and start over. 6. Only exports to CSV files not Excel .xlsx extensions 7. Internal audit module - build a schedule only. No prefilled forms to use, no form development capabilities. It is user friendly and provides email notifications for items coming due or approvals needed. We have implemented with recent company acquisitions which has been beneficial for transparency and harmonization, as well as tracking of training completion using the electronic module. Pros Our business has several different geographic locations. QT9 has helped increase harmonization, transparency and improve efficiency of our quality management system across our locations. Cons The thing I like least about QT9 is that it does not automatically generate a PDF file with the signature manifest in the PDF file. However, the approval history and revision history are available for every document. It's fine and gets the job done, but I'd like to single out a special reason I'm happy with it. This product is fine, but having Ricky respond quickly when we need him is like having an ace up our sleeve. That's the primary reason I'm satisfied: it makes things a lot easier. Pros The customer service here is exceptional. It is wonderful to book \[sensitive content hidden\] and have him walk us through problems, no matter how small. Genuinely, \[sensitive content hidden\] has saved my company time and has been a pleasure to work with. Having interlinked modules (for example, being able to create NCs directly from inspection results) saves time and improves efficiency. Overall it's a very good platform for a company who needs to jump into a one-stop QMS solution. Pros The product is easy to implement because of the built-in world class workflows. You do not need to map your current processes into QT9 - you use the built-in process workflows, and the workflow and tab interface is consistent across the modules. This makes deployment easy, because once people are familiar with the interface they can learn other modules easily. You can focus on how to \*use\* the software, and not spend valuable time trying to \*configure\* it. Cons QT9 is very responsive to feature requests and bug fixes. We have provided several suggestions that are being considered to improve usability. I guess the think I like least is that I didn't start using it sooner. The sales team have been very quick with responses and follow up. Pros This is a very easy to implement software that is inexpensive. The workflows are great out of the box. Cons The only con I have at this time is the reporting on Change Control. Once they develop reporting for this feature, it will be a big improvement.
