Pros

software layout ,easy to use, but overall they are not a good company to work. I will never recommend anyone .

Cons

The customer service and technical support teams are highly unresponsive, often requiring excessive wait times to reach a representative or resolve pressing issues. Furthermore, the platform exhibits significant technical instability, resulting in critical software errors such as lost patient attachments, missing signed documents, and dropped electronic signatures. Due to these persistent operational disruptions and the risk they pose to regulatory compliance and workflow efficiency, I cannot recommend WellSky (Kinnser) to other organizations."

You're completely on your own. Customer support takes forever to respond. ZERO onboarding support - did not even get to demo they system. they don't offer any demo.

Pros

Nothing good about this system. Several systems tested beat this by 1000 miles. No support. No demo before purchase.

Cons

Horrible customer service. They don't offer live demo and force you to pay before seeing the system. ZERO training and absolutely NO onboarding support.

Very poor experience the past few years since switching from ClearCare to Well Sky. I have been with this company since 2020 and would not recommend to anyone. Customer service is horrible. We create multiple tickets for their customer service team regarding critical issues and no one resolves. No managers to handle customer complaints. Lacking in service, Waste of money.

Pros

User friendly platform. Easy to navigate for scheduling, offers analytical reports and able to see future company projections.

Cons

We are officially EVV NONCOMPLIANT for over a month thanks to Well Sky. Recent issue with EVV transactions since 12/13/25 that they don't care to resolve which has resulted in UNPAID CLAIMS WITH MEDICAID. They have created a FINANCIAL DISASTER with our REVENUE. We are paying for billing services that we are not getting.

Most of the time it was fairly good. As long as they were profitting from us but they always seem to act in their best interest even if it's shady or harmful to their customers.

Pros

The software was easy to use and generally performed well. getting help was usually responded well to.

Cons

My company, The Best Loving Care at Home LLC. Cancelled their service to us in 2022 by phone. Our emails were interupted so we could not recieve or reply to emails. They never cancelled. A few months later I talked to a rep because we were still being billed, and re-iterated cancellation. 3 years later they want to collect for the services the last 3 years. They can see we have not used their services, they can verify I called to cancel but they still are trying to collect. Ridiculous

We have been using Kinnser now by wellsky since 2012. The only problem that I usually complained is retrieving the total assigned patients to the clinicians.

Pros

I like how user friendly it is. I can navigate it easily. Able to see the daily productivity of each user.

Cons

I dont like the downtime during maintenance especially around at 7:00 pm pacific time. This about the time when most quality assurance personnel review the clinician notes.

helps with compliance and how they are continuing to grow and develop their programs, plans and goals function, new wound documentation

Cons

Getting kicked out and losing documentation, MAR is not brough up when administering medication in RN visit, Cannot document towards infection log from RN visit

ease of the system, user friendly, lots of components in the same place, use of the software on any device

Cons

offline app, inability to have certain features like having same name italicized, freq manager and goals and interventions sub section

So far it’s been a positive experience We are very glad Be on our former EMR and are excited about the capabilities that this one can offer as we learn more about it. We are fairly new to the system.

Pros

Intuitive system once you learn it it’s easy to use. It keeps us in tight regulatory control. Easy to complete documentation.

Cons

The scheduling piece is not intuitive for clinicians when requesting frequencies and discontinuing frequencies. My clinician struggled the most with that
