Having an automated site makes it easier, and the UI is easy to understand and use. It saves me time and I get paid more quickly. It makes sense to use this product instead of creating one in house that will need regular maintenance. Cons I have no complaints; the UI is easy to use. It's far better than email, and so much better than the in house created apps I've used in the past. Pros Yes I did, It is very easy to understand and apply—especially when uploading and scanning receipts—as Expensify can accurately read the amounts, no matter how poor the handwriting is. Multiple credit cards, multiple banks, multiple reporting systems: all converged via seamless import into my reports. Flights, lodging, car rentals and fueling, meals, etc… I cannot imagine how I would have made it without Expensify. Warmly recommend! Pros The intuitive UI, the application reliability, unlimited archival of my expense reports, and the level of customization available. Cons The lack of automatic integration with Italian banking systems. Nevertheless, I was able to export my transactions and import them into Expensify. Está muy bien la funcion de calcular gastos por trayecto, incluyendo el mapa y calculando los km. y precio por km. Cons La actualización es menos intuitiva y sigo con el dashboard antiguo porque no era capaz de encontrar las cosas. It allows for default and manual categorization so that I can identify expenditures which need to be handled and tracked separately, with easy access to receipts if needed. My account also appreciates the excel export come tax time! Pros Ease of uploading receipts, categorization of expenses and the ability to create custom reports which are exportable to excel for even further customization and analysis. Cons It would be helpful if the app allowed for filters and customization of review of expenses with filters without having to use the web version.
