The interface is clean, and with a simple picture from the invoice, I can start and submit reports anywhere. The OCR is quite good to capture most of the information contained on the invoice and help avoiding manual entry. Even when you put some data wrong manually, the system, based on the scanned receipt, helps identify where you did something wrong Pros I have been using Expensify since my Day 1 at my company and I have no complains and just good feedback to say about this trustworthy platform. All my reimbursements and other travel and expenses is solely provided and a reported under Expensify. I can say that everyone should at least have a try and note how important a dedicated platform like Expensify is important for small, medium and large companies. Easy to set up, easy to train people and easy to use. Pros Expensify is very user friendly - it's extremely easy to upload receipts, add purchase details and find the appropriate coding for your company's GL/charge categories for your particular expense. On the company/employer side, it is an easy system to set up and rollout and is also great for auditing and reviewing employees' expenses and generating reports. Cons It's a great expense reimbursement system.
