**Overall:** Overall, Expensify is a practical tool that saves time on expense management, especially for growing teams and businesses.

**Pros:** Expensify simplifies expense tracking with receipt scanning, easy reporting, and quick reimbursements for teams and individuals.

**Cons:** The interface can feel outdated at times, and occasional syncing issues may require manual adjustments or troubleshooting.

"Managing costs of our luxury jewelry business."

**Overall:** On the one hand, as a Billing Specialist, the ability to maintain proper financial records without having to pursue personnel is my priority. I rely on it to have an easy time managing our team and accelerate our monthly reporting. It offers a very automated workflow finance, but the high cost increment is punishing on a small accounting unit.

**Pros:** The convenience of the day-to-day cost control is simply stunning as our jewelry customers can easily scan the paper bills on international gem trade exhibitions directly through their mobile phones.

**Cons:** The competitive pricing levels are not very good value money when it comes to a mid-sized boutique, and the customer support is annoyingly slow when we have to deal with unforeseen bugs and problems that slow our month-end closing.
