I just started using Expensify and have not got into so many details as I did not have that many expenses to report. Since our global organization is using this tool to its full extent, I also believe that it will be helpful to me. I noticed the key features and from what I know till now, it is a pretty good tool to use for your expenses.

Pros

The user-friendly platform, how it automatically registers and shows your credit card charges, reporting

Cons

At the beginning it seems complicated, I heard that it could provide some better features for debit cards.

once you're set up its golden but can be confusing to use at first

Pros

once you're set up its a great tool for reimbursement / submitting payment details etc! all in all a good tool

Cons

hard to get set up, it seems like you've submitted it and you actually didn't. fields could be named more clearly

So far so good, hope to increase the syncing speed and be able to edit/control more

Pros

Easy catch all the receipts and syncing with QB with breeze, and not to mention all the unlimited storage online space.

Cons

Sometimes the receipt is too old and faint away, it's hard to scan clearly, not to mention all the horrible hand writing

Pros

Easy to use, intuitive UI and saves time. Also convenient to customize the reports for all business travel expenses.

Cons

It really does take quite some time to scan all receipts in, sometimes it lags, so it negates the time saved
