Pros Expensify is simple to use. Submitting expenses is very intuitive and only takes a few clicks. It takes receipts in many different forms so you're always covered. The User Interface is nicely laid out and it takes all the guesswork out of the process. Cons The only thing I didn't like was that after going through the process of entering all my expenses and then completing that process, I had to do another step to submit the expenses to my company. Cons As far as expense software goes, I enjoy Expensify the most. Every once in awhile it doesn't pick up my receipt 100% accurate. As a first-time user, I found the platform intuitive and efficient. Submitting my reimbursement was quick and straightforward, and the fast turnaround time made the process stress-free. Pros This was my first time using Expensify, and the experience was smooth and straightforward. The platform made it quick and easy to submit my reimbursement to my employer, and the turnaround time was impressive—less than 24 hours. I already have my reimbursement on the way, which speaks to how efficient the process is. Excellent service and a very user-friendly experience. Pros Using the Expensify service is very simple and straightforward. The forms to create a report, add expenses to the report and attach the receipts are self-explanatory. Cons Adding the partners/vendors is not straightforward, but can be figured out. So keeping track of the receipts simply by snapping the picture is priceless! Cons It would be nice if i could use dictation and speak the detsils of the events and receipts into the notes section. It is very user-friendly and intuitive and it really helps with keeping all expense reports organized each month. The process from uploading invoices/receipts to completing and submitting an expense report to be approved by a manager/finance department is seamless and can be done in a matter of minutes. Pros It's easy to use, it can fill in information from invoices/receipts automatically, the process is very intuitive and the overall process of creating an expense report and submitting it for approval only takes a few minutes. Pros I use Expensify to document all business expenses, and to be able to approve expenses for my team. It makes it easy to capture activity as it occurs, not risking lost receipts, etc. It is a very valuable tool to use. It makes capturing and tracking expenses easy to use and very efficient. I can upload receipts for the charges. It allows us to process these anytime and not jsut at the end of the month. Pros Easy to navigate through - Simplified Its pretty self explanatory and could be self taught once the permission is given from your Company. I am sure it helps alot with fraud as all charges come through and you can identify it quickly. Pros You can set up your own list of approved vendors, by either choosing from a list of existing ones, or you can create your own ones. It is very easy to use- it's simple, quick and you can create an expense report in less than one minute from your phone! I was able to link Expensify to my rideshare app and it automatically pulls the data into the app so all I have to do is click submit to turn in my expense report. I love that it categorizes expenses and it's automated. This is by far the best expense report app I've ever used! 5 stars! Pros Expensify is easy to use with a great interface! It's a great value for the money and makes uploading receipts a breeze- especially since it automatically creates the report for you! The customer service is great and I've never encountered any bugs and issues! This is the best payment and reimbursement platform! Cons There is nothing I don't like about Expensify. Cons Have not had any issues with it yet but I am not a regular user. For what I sue it for, the occasional travel expenses, it has never had any issues. Pros I liked the ease of submitting expenses especially the comments section for documents prior to officially submitting expenses. This helps align with finance team prior to final submission. Cons I think a flow chart would be helpful for the process of submitting. Cons The finding of additional users that were in the meetings is not intuitive there should be a highlight on how to add them.
