Can’t say nothing but good things. Pros It allows me to plug in the receipt and then uses AI to fill in the details for me which is a large time saver. Its so easy to use and reimbursement goes directly to my bank. SmartScan saves me a lot of time on a daily basis. The process from submitting expense to receiving reimbursements feels very smooth. What sets this app apart from other application is that expenses are tracked and processed almost instantly giving me a clear picture of spending at any moment. Pros Nothing can beat the "Snap and Go" feature of this app. I can just take a photo of the receipt and expensify automatically extracts all the expense data. Another feature i liked about this app is that it gives me expense report automatically (once its sent for reimbursement, after its approved and after i get reimbursed). Expensify reimburse me directly to my bank account and its mobile friendly as well. Cons SmartScan is a great feature Expensify has but its not perfect. Sometime it gives error while scanning which can be pain. And its also a offline app. Other than these two, this app is second to none in this category of application (Expense management category). It is intuitive to use, and the learning curve was very short. Pros Expensify's ability to input multiple receipts with a single email, the very intuitive user interface, and the quick way to edit and complete individual expenses are the strong points for the application. The app is easy to use and keeps my expenses organized and easy to submit to my company. Pros It's ease of use is crucial for me, I'm a sales rep constantly on the road so being able to just take a picture of the receipt and the app does the rest is amazing! It also makes generating my expense report for work incredibly simple and easy to submit. It's honestly the best app for expenses that I've used. Cons The only con I can think of is that when I set up the app I set up my settings to auto submit my report daily on accident and I can't figure out how to change that. My company doesn't allow it to auto submit so now I receive an email every day saying the app couldn't auto submit my report. Other than that it's great!
