Pros: I have been working on Schemeserve for nearly 4 years. The latest version of the system now enables us as users to create our own new schemes and documentation and have these live on line within very short timescales.

It is this being able to control the system ourselves which sets Schemeserve apart from other systems I have used.

The new rule builder and document automation are fantastic features and I am sure that with all new facilities I will be able to total streamline our quote and renewal process

Cons: Document editor could be a little easier to use and does take a bit of getting used to but I believe this is being totally overhauled at the moment so feel sure this will then be as easy to use as the rest of the system

Overall: Excellent system, thoroughly recommended
