Try to call him around 8 times they did not pick up or call me back. Eventually they reply'd on my e-mail weeks later. I have asked them to call me several times never got a call back. Please read your contract very carefully as they will prolong it for a year if you don't terminated 3 months in advance. Pros It has the same features as all the other company's. It's working reliable. Cons The software will be very pricey if you want all the features. You could better go with Surveymonkey, Fastfield, SurveyMethods or any of the other companies. I think it is really cool that Enalyzer has a FREE version. During my research I also know other competitors use a FREE version, but in my opinion I think this is the most professional looking tool compared to its competitors. I just started my online business, but in future when I need more, I will become a customer of Enalyzer. Pros It is FREE to use and what I like most about this software, is that Enalyzer has beautiful templates you can use. These templates give an extra finishing touch so it's looks clean and professional. Cons I still use the FREE version of Enalyzer, and I do not have any cons yet.
