I was able to recover the software from an old file and installed the key from the email back then. Everything works for a day and the everything disappeared for the computer hard-drive include the original recovered files. When I try to look up the software key in the email. That disappeared as well. I felt so weird that everything coincidentally happened at the same time. By the way, two other emails related to the software purchase are still there while license key email magically disappeared. This is just so weird! Does anyone know what happened? Pros Everything about the software itself is great. I didn't have any problem using version 18 then and so I hope the new version should improved a lot more, I think. Company policy not too sure though. Cons I wonder why I need to pay an additional tech support since day one. I felt as if the software was sold as the customer's own risk. So tech support would be where the company will actually make their money. I really like the fact that the support is in the same time zone as our office and not on the other side on the planet. Pros It is pretty easy to use. Only had a few questions to setup the program for our office. The lady I spoke to was incredibly helpful and nice. Our old time clock took up to thirty minutes to run a payroll report. I've not run a full report with this one, as we are still just setting it up for use by employees, but the report feature runs so much more smoothly. Cons I would like the ability to set the number of breaks as well as the length of them. Also, payroll reports took way too long to run. With the tech support on the other side of the world, it was difficult to communicate with them when in a time crunch, such as when payroll was the next day and errors were occurring.
