I was able to recover the software from an old file and installed the key from the email back then. Everything works for a day and the everything disappeared for the computer hard-drive include the original recovered files. When I try to look up the software key in the email. That disappeared as well. I felt so weird that everything coincidentally happened at the same time. By the way, two other emails related to the software purchase are still there while license key email magically disappeared. This is just so weird! Does anyone know what happened? Pros Everything about the software itself is great. I didn't have any problem using version 18 then and so I hope the new version should improved a lot more, I think. Company policy not too sure though. Cons I wonder why I need to pay an additional tech support since day one. I felt as if the software was sold as the customer's own risk.
