We have been working with wbe.travel for 3 years+ now. What impressed me from the first introduction with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], was the feeling I had while talking with him. It was like I was speaking with a colleague, not an outsider. He cared more about my business and my vision more than I thought I cared. It really impressed me a lot. It was love at first demonstration! The same feeling and caring didn’t stop after purchasing the software. The whole team of wbe.travel cares about our business continuously by giving us excellent customer support, innovation and by constantly adding new features. This is what impresses me about wbe.travel - their business culture.

I have been doing business with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] the last 10+ years and always recommended wbe.travel’s services to my clients that were either looking to start an online travel agency or were not satisfied with the platform they were using at the time. It only made sense for us as Cosmobeds to go the same way and use wbe.travel as our IT platform in order to expand our business globally. We share the same values which is hard work and efficiency in what we do!

Pros

Easy to use, user friendly back office and interface both for our clients and our employees. wbe.travel is company who understands our needs and works hard to accomodate them. We are working closely with wbe.travel for a few custom developments to reach and connect instanlty top VIP wholesalers globally.

Cons

The software is fast, dynamic but we need a few more extra custom developments.

WBE is the right choice for a market leader like VAS DREAM. They are delivering the product as promised, with just a few minor inconveniences related to the big picture that they do develop in time. The team is motivated and puts effort into its clients to succeed. They are transparent regarding their technology and do not leave you wondering how things are put together, as is sometimes the case in the technology business when the client is the hostage. Learn and earn with WBE.

Pros

Their \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] is quite passionate, talented and caring of his customers. The support team once they get the message they will do it for you. The personal touch is impressive, they don't rip off their brand name or try to build a one-sided winning business relation. WBE’s system itself is already fast, has a quite good portfolio of suppliers and a smart design.

Cons

There are some additional functions and features that we want and WBE will develop but it may take some time.

We started working with wbe.travel in April 2019 and I can say that we are thankful and we really enjoy working with the platform. I wish every company I dealt with was as professional as wbe.travel. The team is very helpful, forthcoming and they always come to us with unique suggestions and ideas.

Pros

Everything is quickly accessible, the software is intuitive and meets user needs.

Cons

There are some small things to be improved, but mostly because we have specific requests for our online website, that is why it takes time. But even in these cases we get the results as soon as we can get.

We started working with wbe.travel in May 2016 for one of our main challenges, relating the integration between the Channels Manager and the GDS Accommodation Solution. The integration was complex but wbe.travel succeeded in helping Xenia creating a specific solution for this particular, complex task. We still have some important implementations to do next, that will help us and our hotel partners in our future business and we are confident that wbe.travel’s solution will deeply consolidate our presence in the Distribution market.

I have been dealing with wbe.travel for a couple years now. I have found their products to fulfill our needs and to be of good value for our investment. Furthermore, I do appreciate the fact that they do not just try to push all their new features and modules for us to acquire but always try to understand our needs and see first whether these new features will be useful to our business and if they are cost effective. The software is quite user friendly and easy to implement. My experience with wbe.travel has been quite positive and I would definitely recommend them to anyone searching for a reliable travel software company.

We work with lots of IT company they promise big when they want to get the money or project but later even you don't find them and system is not friendly to use and lots of issue in back office

Pros

the software is easy to use and most suppliers are already LIVE so hence its very fast and easy to integrate the system with many live suppliers , which is easy in terms of suppliers as well so they are at ease to integrate.

Cons

The only problem i see is that the outlook could be better with better pictures and interface , it can be better by enabling more prominent pics and graphics to make the system look more user friendly and attractive.

JacTravel have been customers of WBE for over 7 years and counting. During that time we have developed a broad range of applications together that have helped JacTravel grow its business, the relationship is an important one with crucial applications developed and supported by WBE.

Pros

WBE are able to learn and evolve with the client. We have a strong team working for us at WBE with strong processes in place. As our needs have changed WBE have been flexible about providing us with the support we need through the tactical enlistment of specialist skill sets. Strong processes at WBE are evident through the minimal disruption caused when team members have moved on. We have never suffered as a consequence of turnover.
