Cons Filesanywhere would really be of great help if they could allow all countires to be able to register. I don't have to have access to a physical fax machine. Besides, operating a physical fax machine is often clunky. I use FilesAnywhere as a place to know what faxes I've sent although you can use it just to Cons What I like least about this software is that they have changed from offering free accounts. For businesses, I believe there are better solutions than FilesAnywhere, so they won't capture as many business users. Also the user interface could really use some work as it is a little clunky. I get by with the mediocre user experience because it has served me well over the years. Its a solution worth checking out. Pros I like files anywhere because I can create a files dropbox that my clients can upload files to without logging into a website, or creating a user registration. I can not do this with google drive, which is another service my company uses. I can also deliver data to my customers without making them log as well. Cons The user interface is not as intuitive as google drive. From my client's end it all looks pretty similar, but from my end its a bit more complex to use than drive. In close to a decade of use, there as not been many updates to how easy it is to create folders and dropbox links on this site. They may be slightly behind the times. You can upload, download, fax, email and send faxes, either with the free edition or premium edition. Regardless of the plan, it's a great handy software when you need to get something out immediately. Cons The software could have more features added on to the service. I wish it was an a la carte product where I could add additional storage, fax, etc whenever It's convenient.
