They treat you like family (family that you like) and will always try to help you. Pros CureMD is a highly flexible and constantly evolving EMR platform. As our practice expanded beyond our original scope of services to serve a broader patient population, CureMD guided us through every step of updating our workflows. The system is intuitive, easy to use, and has seamlessly adapted to our changing needs. They are cloud-based and very secure. Patient information and notes are easy to read and document. Cons It sometimes takes longer to get the development team to come up with a solution, but definitely not longer than other companies, and they do come up with solutions.
