Very responsive and willing to make sure it’s working for you the way you need it. They on board in multiple zooms to teach you how to set up, update and use it. They make sure you are seeing the results you need. Very functional and a huge asset to our company. Plus most clients LOVE it! I had one client tell me she just loves receiving emails from me!! Pros Customization and Functionality. Agent methods did a great job at templates and makes it easy to use and customize to be your own website, emails etc! Cons I really don’t have any complaints about Agent Methods. But if I had to choose one thing… when setting up the colors of my website I wasn’t able to choose my own palate of colors to match my branding.
