Pros I've found Agent Methods to be reliable over years of using their services. I don't think any other Medicare Website/Resource/Scheduling service could match the care and follow-through. Cons Sometimes I wish that I could call them, but email response with video instructions for where I'm stuck in my idea comes within hours. Switched from [GoDaddy Website Builder](https://www.capterra.com/p/182500/GoDaddy-Website-Builder/) Didn't have automated email options I could schedule, nor scheduling linked to my calendar. Agent Methods is like my office assistant. And my "one man band" has grown with them having these details. It really takes a burden off me. Pros They are so professional and always available for me if I have questions. In addition to the website, I now also have an automated newsletter that goes to my clients and an automated email to them requesting reviews. Agent Methods has helped me up my marketing game and keep in contact with my clients 24/7/365. Very responsive and willing to make sure it’s working for you the way you need it. They on board in multiple zooms to teach you how to set up, update and use it. They make sure you are seeing the results you need. Very functional and a huge asset to our company. Plus most clients LOVE it! I had one client tell me she just loves receiving emails from me!! Pros Customization and Functionality. Agent methods did a great job at templates and makes it easy to use and customize to be your own website, emails etc! Cons I really don’t have any complaints about Agent Methods. But if I had to choose one thing… when setting up the colors of my website I wasn’t able to choose my own palate of colors to match my branding. Pros The one-on-one meetings with the IT Development Specialist to create the website. The weekly sessions to review design including how to use the dashboard and make design changes. Cons While I am concerned, that this solution may not be as advantageous for me because I must use other tools that may not integrate with the website created to reap all the benefits that Agent Methods bring to the table.
