Pros: Integration with a solid ERP solution. Dynamics GP is a highly respected accounting solution. Property Management from Binary stream uses the same programming tool set so it has thewsame look and feel as GP.

Cons: Additional Reporting such as SSRS and SmartLists would be helpful especially is an Excel export using pivot tables would be available. Otherwise I having nothing bad to say about this solution.
