Resmark pricing is super simple. No booking limits, no user limits, no choosing which features will be best for you. With our pricing packages, you get access to everything Resmark. You'll also get unlimited access to our support team to ensure your success. A small 2%-3.5% transaction fee (depending on the package) will be passed on to the customer with each transaction. If you prefer, this can be absorbed and paid by you directly.? As a bonus, you'll also get our built-in digital waiver program, WaiverSign, which includes 100 signed waivers every month and only $0.10 for each additional signed waiver. Businesses processing over $3 million per year can request custom pricing for the “Enterprise” version.

Pros

  • They have an awesome product coupled with Outstanding Customer Service which I feel is equally as important to a superior product.

  • They are available any time, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The developers are always interested in feedback and responsive to their clients' needs and ideas.

  • We love that they are constantly updating and improving their system and are always available for a quick question. Their online reservation capability is also wonderful and incredibly user friendly.

  • Awesome customer service, great user interface, easy to set up and highly customizable. Email automation is easy to set up and incredibly helpful.

Cons

  • The picture upload on products makes it very difficult to upload proper images of product.

  • Difficult to train new employees on. Not able to use on mobile devices.

  • With hundreds of people every day, the situation quickly became overwhelming, insane really. I brought in Resmark and our reservations are now manageable and busy.

  • Prior to finding Resmark we tried a number of other systems and it was always a pain to get support and training. Schedule an appointment, that was always weeks out and way too short.

"Great product and service!"

Overall: Always amazing. Any issues resolved very quickly.

Pros: I love the ease of use to our clients and staff.

"RESMARK - Reservation System - Urban Kai review"

Overall: 10/10 - enjoy working with RESMARK systema and support team.

Pros: Reservations are straight forward and easy to access for customers.Roster reporting (manifest) are very simple to use for staff needs.

Cons: There are some features I would like to customize specific to our business but am able to work with the available tools currently!

"3 Years Using Resmark"

Overall: Overall a great system, setup was rather involved, but once you get the base information(especially Hotel Pickup Locations and times) in, it gets easier. Love the Lodging Reports that show "Current Guests, Check In, or Check Out"...very helpful for managing housekeeping. Changes/Improvements have been made to the Automated Email System that made it a breeze to handle a lot of Marketing Tasks. Waiver Integration was also added since we started with Resmark, and that is a GREAT tool for managing waivers for different activities. Love the many options for each Item (Activity , Rental or Lodging) that allows you to create policies, options, fees, and even custom fields and then link them to different items. You can have several websites linked to your Resmark System and even choose which activities/items to offer on each site. Overall, great system and looking forward to new features.

"Resmark is an Outstanding Company and Reservations Platform"

Overall: They have an awesome product coupled with Outstanding Customer Service which I feel is equally as important to a superior product.

Pros: Easy to use. Accurate. Attractive and accurate documents for our customers. Most importantly: Amazing Customer Service.

Cons: I literally have no cons to report. The excel over companies offering similar products.

"RESMARK Systems Review"

Pros: RESMARK offers ease of use, functionality and impactful software. Their client services team is responsive- providing support and guidance throughout all phases of use. RESMARK features the necessary tools and resources for our online bookings so that the company can focus on providing the best possible experience to our clients.

Cons: This is a great product but like anything there is a learning curve. My only recommendation might be to provide a video resource library for clients to reduce service team questions. It would allow ease of access for clients and provide an additional method for training.
