Pros: We have been using Northwest Analytics Quality Analyst and Quality Monitor software for several years. It performs as designed and works well with our analytical gauges.

Cons: No issues to date. The NWA software support team is incredible and very supportive - they are also easy to reach and will respond immediately to resolve any potential issues.

Overall: Great company...great products.
