Our team is comprised of people that work in the field and either rarely or never log onto a computer. Thanks to APS, I was able to streamline the process through which staff members access eSelfserve and punch in/out. They've also recently helped us out with putting up a new payroll system for one of our subsidiaries.

Pros

The program is exceptionally simple to pick up and use. The APS support team is rarely needed for help with novel tasks. I appreciate how simple it is to use APS. That APS is constantly improving the system and making it more accessible is much appreciated.

Cons

The "Self-Help" part isn't always as in-depth as I'd like. My first inclination is to check there, followed by an approach to the community of helpers.

Pros

I like that it has a whole section for covid, and how that can be effective. They also help with taxes so thats nice, its all automatic. A lot of the same features you see elsewhere.

Cons

You can log in on your phone but personally I feel like it caters to android phone more than my iphone.

I've found APS Payroll, a comprehensive payroll administration solution, to be a great tool for streamlining and automating our payroll procedures overall. Our payroll activities have been greatly simplified by the software's many features and functionalities. I really value how straightforward it is to navigate and manage employee information, deductions, and tax filings because to the user-friendly and intuitive design. Our employees are paid appropriately and on time thanks to the excellent calculation accuracy and prompt payroll processing. Additionally, the customer service has always been accommodating and supportive anytime I've had questions or needed help. Without a question, APS Payroll has saved us time and effort, allowing us to concentrate on other important facets of our business.

I am ecstatic about APS Payroll and all that it has to offer. It has grown to be a priceless tool for managing my payroll and human resources procedures. The element of APS Payroll that I appreciate the most is its extensive and user-friendly interface. Overall I had a good experience but sometimes I stumble on how to use the app so I have to google it or youtube it.

Pros

When I work I use this app to add every time I work. This makes it easy for the owner to see how often I work every week. Once the month is over the amount of hours I work gets add up and then I check gets send to me. I like using it.

Cons

I feel like it is a bit hard to navigate. I wish it was a bit more simpler.
