Everything I use in this program is very functional the only con I can think of is The Scheduling is new and needs work

Pros

The Online program is easy to use, it does everything we need it to do, and it even calculates all taxes, etc. Would recommend to other companies.

Cons

The only thing it lackes is the time being logged in from our timeclock software. Everything has to be completed manually.

Pros

The application is very simple and easy to use. It is a definite time savings for our company.

Cons

I like the reports least, more specifically the custom report builder. You can't build a mix of time and attendance and payroll reports. Also there are small rounding issues within the canned reports.

I love the ease of use of this product. They make submitting my payroll quick and easy. The support team is always very fast to answer any questions I might have. I haven't had any issues and they are constantly updating their software so we can get the best product.

### "Great product, very user friendly"

Pros

It is very easy to use. I like the ability to add and change details regarding employees without having to jump through hoops. The reporting feature also helps out a lot.

Cons

The website tends to run very sluggish. It also logs you out after a short period of time. This feature was not present when we purchased the product one year ago.

Pros

Excellent customer service and speedy payroll processing. The reps resolve issues immediately. They are very responsive. Payroll processing is a breeze and seamless.

Cons

Payroll imports could use improvement as well as employee self serve. I've had issues setting up the GL templates and getting them to import properly into clients Accounting system. I've also had issues with employees being able to access their APS account online.

We are a small non-profit organization and cannot afford to have HR and payroll staff so I wear those hats as well as many others. Having APS manage our payroll system has helped us tremendously and makes me less worried we are missing something.

It does an important job for us.

Cons

It takes a few times using it to understand where to find what I am looking for.

So far I am liking what I can get out of the system and am happy to use it. Editing the time cards when someone forgets to clock in or out is really easy to use. Entering a new employee is also easy to do and to terminate them. I would like to see if we can pdf each paycheck stub so that I can email to employees instead of printing one for them.

Pros

How easy it is to use.

Cons

Not able to re-print the employee W2 if they ask for one mid-year

We were suppose to be able to integrate with our POS system and that hasn't happened yet.

APS has been a great. They provide a TEAM of customer care reps for each account. They answer your questions quickly and courteously. I would recommend getting the HR console too.

Pros

The ease of use for my employees.

Cons

The administrator back end is sometimes hard to navigate and not always intuitive .

Overall, it takes the grunt work out of processing payroll.

Pros

Very simple to navigate. Nice to have a place for employees to log in and view their information. Complex tax filings are handled for us.

Cons

Does not fully customize to create the level of detail we need on payroll journal entries. There are still some manual processes that must take place which we'd prefer to be automated.

Pros

I like the ease of use and navigation. We recently added the Benefits Admin to our package and I am looking forward trying it out.

Cons

I can't really think of anything I don't like about APS. Maybe just my least favorite thing with APS is the report builder, sometimes depending on what type of report I need it gets a little frustrating having to try them out until I find the right one.

Excellent. From implementation thru now, I feel that APS has helped me completely make my life easier when it comes to payroll/HR functions. I love the fact that I have one point of contact and dont have to dial into a call center.

Pros

APS is a one stop software...One website with everything that you need for HR, Payroll, time keeping, etc. The software is very easy to use and super user friendly. I have been on APS for about a year and have been very happy with the move.

Cons

Other than a few buttons and minor functionality issues, I don't really have any issues.

Overall I had a good experience but sometimes I stumble on how to use the app so I have to google it or youtube it.

Pros

When I work I use this app to add every time I work. This makes it easy for the owner to see how often I work every week. Once the month is over the amount of hours I work gets add up and then I check gets send to me. I like using it.

Cons

I feel like it is a bit hard to navigate. I wish it was a bit more simpler.

Cons

We had also hoped to use APS recruiting and onboarding. However, once we were developing those modules for our purposes, we realized our prior software was more robust.
