### "Why I like APS"

Pros

Ease of use. At first (if this is new to you / your company like for me) it seems like a lot of information and a lot to learn. It is a lot of information but so very easy to navigate. Super user-friendly. Getting answers to questions is a cinch and multiple ways to get them. From the self help which truly is step by step, simple to understand or I can call, email or submit a request. I have done all of the above for the littlest of things and I always find or get my answer, almost immediately. Everyone on the "team" that I have had contact with has been great and always kind. The best part is having everything we need at hand from Payroll to HR and employee services.

Cons

What I liked least, though it was temporary was the "set-up" of services. There seemed to be "too many hands in the pot" so there were misunderstandings about what services we wanted or needed and I felt I was resubmitting documents repeatedly to different people or departments that didn't know they already had them.

Would like access to adjust certain features and reports, rather than paying a fee for the IT department to fix or create.

Pros

The software is super easy to use, customer service generally responds very quickly and the price is not too high.

Cons

Though customer service generally has a quick response time, occasionally it is terribly slow. However, the issue does get resolved.

### "Easy to use payroll software with excellent customer service"

Pros

APS has an intuitive interface and is easy to use. Even without any background in payroll prior to my current position, I have had no trouble using this software. It makes payroll and tax documentation easy. I like that I can choose to print tax documents from my computer or have them mailed. In addition, they have excellent customer service. There is a dedicated rep for each client, so anytime I have had a question or needed assistance, I have gotten prompt, cheerful service. They inspire confidence in their product.

Cons

I have no specific cons. I have not used any other payroll software, as I have been happy with the product APS offers.

The software is really east to use and makes doing payroll really simple. Their customer service department is really helpful in the event you have any questions.

Cons

This product hasn't given me any problems. Any problems I have had was my fault and customer service took care of everything.

I wish we were able to search for employees at every location not store to store. This would cut down on time in finding team members.

After about 6 months with APS we have no doubt it was the right move to leave ADP. Gone are the 45 minute wait times to speak with a random representative. With APS we have a designated rep and team who are accessible almost immediately. Our move was not only dictated by sub-quality of service, but as a non-profit, was also driven by cost. Our payroll costs were reduced by almost half. Every report type we conceivably need is included in the pricing, where as, some of these reports cost extra with our former provider of service. Staff are extremely satisfied with ease of access for the electronic time clock, as well as, ease of use with the employee portal. I did not give 5 stars across all categories as our company has a complex PTO program which has proven to be minor challenge for APS. No company is perfect, but I think they're close.

Great product for the price. Employees are able to use it without issues and I am able to handle the payroll aspect easily and efficiently.

Pros

User friendly, straightforward, excellent customer service, and great reporting. I love the eselfserve, it really cuts down on the amount of time I spend on boarding data.

Cons

We have had several instances of the system going slow or not accepting a punch but not enough of a problem for us to want to look elsewhere.

Questions are answered in a timely manner. Telephone conversations are recapped in emails. Everyone is very helpful.

Pros

The software is very intuitive and user friendly. Reports and information are easy to access and understand and are formatted in ways that make sense.

Cons

Haven't experienced any cons. We are still implementing and based on the responsiveness and helpfulness we are getting, we aren't looking for any cons.

It’s been a blessing, and much easier that intuit to use.

Pros

We love using APS Payroll to help keep our payments in line with our staff. This is an easy to use software that gives many benefits, like allowing our staff to be able to log in and view their stubs right online and to check accruals. It’s an all in one software that keeps us organized and on time with everything.

Cons

In my personal experience, it was a little hard to get a hold of someone with customer service, every time I did it hung up, I’m not sure if that was just my doing, or not. But it’s something to keep in mind.

We've been with APS as long as I can remember now - they deliver the best value out of any of the other payroll options, as well as customizable solutions. Many companies have unique needs that may come up on individual payroll runs, and the reps are always helpful to solve your unique issues and provide fields for you when you need to enter data to. At one point a couple years ago we thought about moving to another company that had a newer user interface; after heavy research we realized APS really is THE very best solution. The other payroll services don't allow the multiple levels of user access like APS does (which was crucial for us), they couldn't make special fields for you, and things just couldn't be customized the way we needed; not to mention the price is much better. I highly recommend APS.

Pros

I have been using APS for my payroll needs for a year and a half and have a great experience. The software is so user-friendly and easy to navigate and they are always making it better. It usually takes me less than 5 minutes to run my payroll. My customer service representative is always available when I need help with anything. I highly recommend this company for all your payroll needs!

Cons

There isn't anything that I don't like about APS or its software.

Our previous payroll platform was eliminated by our provider and we were forced to select another one. We picked APS from several providers and have been very pleased with out selection.

Pros

Product is very user friendly and the support staff are exceptional, and very willing to assist in times of need.

Cons

Nothing really. APS has met or exceeded our expectations. Any problems that arouse in the beginning were handled quickly and effectively.
