APS has made our Payroll/HR processing a lot smoother...a real timesaver. The staff are extremely helpful with implementation and all of our needs and questions.

Updating some information in the system was slow at times but I have seen an increase in speed lately.

Pros

I love that the product is easy to use. I have serious math anxiety, so I was fearful that I would not be able to handle the system on my own, but after the APS rep showed me how simple it was, it literally took me 20 minutes to do payroll for my staff of five.

Cons

There is nothing bad to say about this product. I love this product and can't wait to open more companies so that I can use this very professional software.

Pros

We really like the fact that you can upload a file of employee punches. APS worked with us to make sure that all of our file worked with their system.

Cons

Even though this company can take your file, there are still somethings that you will have to update in multiple locations. (Term Dates Etc.)

Everything I needed, they were there to assist. They walked me through how to set up a new person to how to create a payroll for the week. There have been issues with signing in to APS. When changing computers there were issues with the passwords and actually getting onto the website. It took several phone calls for assistance to enable logging in to my account. The amount of characters required to login are ridiculous. Being required to change passwords so many times takes away from much of the other aspects that are generally very good. Cooperation and assistance from my account manager has been very good. I could not ask for any better assistance.

I needed a solution that allowed me to focus on my business rather than spend hours doing payroll. APS does that for me. Their platform is simple to use and when I need help my personal account manager is just an email away. I have a computer illiterate staff andthy are able to sign in and out correctly with the online logins and do it consistently.

We have been extremely satisfied with APS since we started with them over a year ago. The site is very user-friendly, quick and easy to use. It takes me no time to run payroll. Whenever I have a question about anything, they are always quick to respond to my email, usually within the hour. I could not be happier to be working with APS.

Pros

My company is based in Shreveport, so the local contact and help is most appreciated. Scott has visited my site several times and addressed any concerns we have shared.

Cons

Some issues with viewing the screen online. You have to minimize the screen font to view all information. It is harder to see as I age. Also, tracking vacation is a sore point. I feel the software could do a better job.

As a Start-up business, I don't have time to manage all of the major "requirements" manually. I have to rely on great partners and established proven software to keep the train on the tracks. Stacey, Beth and others at APS have been exemplary in their support.

You've thought through the ways that I need to be flexible. Software is comprehensive.

Cons

I need a To-Do list (I know everyone's list is different) to walk me through steps. Videos are great but I don't have time to view a lot of videos. I need to learn fast.

This software is very user friendly. You can look on the homepage and easily navigate exaxtly what your looking for. Any time I have had a problem it took one quick phone call and the problem was always solved in literally less than a minute. I would recommend it to any business no matter the number of employees.

We just completed our first payroll run, and other than some YTD info not in the system yet, we had only one minor mistake. I'm impressed and pleased! The online system is fairly intuitive, the customer support has been responsive. My only frustration has been that we would like more control over some of the background functionality - like entering or updating YTD amounts. We have yet to see if the reports give us all of the information that we need.

Great experience with software. We have had the software over 2 years now and started with only 100 users and now using is for payroll and human resource operations for over 175 employees. We use the application for finding job applicants as well. The software has allowed for onboarding new employees to go very smooth.

### "Great Payroll software! "

APS since my last review came out with a app for employees to access their basic information and also to clock in and out from. This app has solved all the problems I was having with our crew and troubleshooting the issues we were having trying to keep time cards accurate. This has been extremely helpful.

Pros

The software is very straightforward and easy to use. Reports are organized and the features that allow you to conduct performance reviews as well is great. We are converting everything over from paper to digital for all HR needs and without this software would be a lot harder. Getting a new employee added and deleted from the system is easy and straightforward too.

Cons

I have no complaints at this time, the previous review I left stated I was disappointed with APS not having an app for employees being able to clock in and out from remotely which that has been corrected and the app is working great

Reason for choosing APS Payroll

We looked at a few local payroll companies that were based in our hometown but staying with a national company made the most sense for our line of business
