They took me through the process and gave me a timeline of what they expected from me and vise versa. The payroll software is very user friendly(coming from someone who knows nothing about computers,etc. Cons I wish that I had remembered my password and company code, but this is not APS's nor the software's fault Review Source DL Denise L. Easy and efficient and hassle-free - just the way I like it. Pros It's easy to use. Cons It does so many things that sometimes I pick the wrong option. May 28, 2015 4.5 Pros They came in and listened to our payroll issues and then came back with solid recommendations for us to consider. At no time was any particular product or service pushed on us. Once ready to implement, they guided us step-by-step. It was a very good experience overall. The local representation was a major factor in our decision along with the product and pricing. Cons We definitely had to change a couple of internal ways of processing our payroll.
