That combination is rare, and it made a meaningful difference in how we at YouthReach have continued to serve and communicate with our community. Pros What stands out most about Click & Pledge is their genuine heart for the people and organizations they serve. They go beyond being a platform by actively investing in the nonprofits they support. Their storytelling, filming and marketing arm has been especially meaningful for us at YouthReach International, helping us communicate our impact in a way that truly resonates with donors. It has helped us exceed our fundraising goal during campaign season! Our nonprofit is a senior college, which accepts both tuition for courses and donations; using their overlay we can manage both categories - and others - easily. Pros \- they are aimed at helping the non-profit community, in particular the small nonprofits that have limited resources. - they are very VERY helpful; they maintain open hours for consulting daily, help people get started with using their product, etc etc - they are careful to integrate with Salesforce, and are constantly improving their product. Cons nothing really, except the CEO seems to have a predilection for odd musical instruments. The employees are uniformly helpful. We have felt more confident trying new things in the platform because we know that there's a great team to back us up if we get stuck. Pros The customer support that Click & Pledge offers is unmatched--when we realized our team needed a major tutorial on the functionality of the platform, they were ready to help us make a plan to tackle it all. They stepped in and helped us identify our top goals and scheduled multiple 1:1 sessions with us to walk through the different parts of building out our new web store. Every couple of months, a new question pops up, and I can book time directly with them to get trained on any C&P functionality. I absolutely love that I can log onto a Zoom call almost any time during my workday and get support from their team--I just share my screen and they help me figure out what I need to tweak or what needs to get triggered to get me where I need to be. All of the additional support we get is completely free--we haven't paid an additional cent for them to basically hold our hands through redoing all of our donation pages and webstores. Cons It isn't always the most intuitive interface and it can feel a little daunting to get started as a new user. Cons None. In all honesty the most common issue we encounter with online platforms is limited report options, but that is not the case with Click and Pledge. They are excellent teachers as well. Cons Click & Pledge could be more intuitive as far as custom mapping. Also, it takes an unusually long time (several days) for the transfer of funds to occur for some reason; more than we've ever experienced with Stripe, Square, Paypal or other platforms. She has also been helpful in giving a walkthrough of how the CONNECT forms work - our group is preparing to replace our current donation form (which is a customized form) so that we can take advantage of the new payment methods available as well as the option for our donors to cover the fees with their contributions. Cons Some of the recent Stripe features have been difficult to manage (mainly with payouts/reporting) - however we have found the method of using C&P Support to assist us with setting up reports for us in our Salesforce that are working well enough for us now. Cons It would be great to have a robust event registration platform in the C&P system. Especially since it is so well integrated with Salesforce. Finally our website donation page is built with click and pledge. Pros we use it to collect our donations, as our credit card processor, It has a lot more capabilities than that but for now this is what it does for us and it does it well with minimal fees. Cons I know there is a whole lot more that can be done on it but I had to hire a website and graphic designer to figure out how to use the other features, she set some of it up but since then we don't use anything else available in it, which is a shaem. We did not close our account there because we still had some recurring donations going through but click and pledge does this while stripe did not, at least when we switched over.
