March 16, 2026 5.0 They came on board with our NPSP instance of Salesforce years ago and we've never looked back. Our nonprofit is a senior college, which accepts both tuition for courses and donations; using their overlay we can manage both categories - and others - easily. Pros \- they are aimed at helping the non-profit community, in particular the small nonprofits that have limited resources. - they are very VERY helpful; they maintain open hours for consulting daily, help people get started with using their product, etc etc - they are careful to integrate with Salesforce, and are constantly improving their product. Cons nothing really, except the CEO seems to have a predilection for odd musical instruments. The employees are uniformly helpful. Executive Director Museums and Institutions Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Supper supportive Click & Pledge" June 3, 2024 5.0 We really appreciate finding something that can mesh with our Salesforce database, and also that has a good public page design for forms. I love the support crew, especially. I always learn so much from them. Pros The Support Team is \[sensitive content hidden\] They are ALWAYS available, very responsive and are expert solution finders. They are honest in what can be achieved and what is in the pipeline. They are excellent teachers as well. Cons Click & Pledge could be more intuitive as far as custom mapping. Also, it takes an unusually long time (several days) for the transfer of funds to occur for some reason; more than we've ever experienced with Stripe, Square, Paypal or other platforms. Additionally, their forms are able to process data from in-person transactions that are $0. Pros What stands out most about Click & Pledge is their genuine heart for the people and organizations they serve. They go beyond being a platform by actively investing in the nonprofits they support. Their storytelling, filming and marketing arm has been especially meaningful for us at YouthReach International, helping us communicate our impact in a way that truly resonates with donors. It has helped us exceed our fundraising goal during campaign season! It’s also been incredibly reassuring to have peace of mind around security. When I had concerns about potential transaction fraud, their team responded clearly and confidently. Cons The platform has not always been the most intuitive, especially for new users. However, it is has become easier to use. We have seen meaningful improvements over time, with processes becoming more streamlined and the user interface gradually modernizing to better reflect the strength of their service and vision. They also provide plenty of training and live, human support. We are impressed by the amount of work they have put into their 2023 release. Also, they are willing to get on the phone with you if you have concerns. Pros Integrates tightly with Salesforce and provides customizable donation forms. Has peer-to-peer and text to give capabilities. They have enthusiastic and understanding customer service folks. Cons It would be great to have a robust event registration platform in the C&P system. Especially since it is so well integrated with Salesforce. Finally our website donation page is built with click and pledge. Pros we use it to collect our donations, as our credit card processor, It has a lot more capabilities than that but for now this is what it does for us and it does it well with minimal fees. Cons I know there is a whole lot more that can be done on it but I had to hire a website and graphic designer to figure out how to use the other features, she set some of it up but since then we don't use anything else available in it, which is a shaem. We did not close our account there because we still had some recurring donations going through but click and pledge does this while stripe did not, at least when we switched over. March 12, 2026 5.0 Our experience with Click & Pledge has been fantastic. We have felt more confident trying new things in the platform because we know that there's a great team to back us up if we get stuck. Pros The customer support that Click & Pledge offers is unmatched--when we realized our team needed a major tutorial on the functionality of the platform, they were ready to help us make a plan to tackle it all. They stepped in and helped us identify our top goals and scheduled multiple 1:1 sessions with us to walk through the different parts of building out our new web store. Every couple of months, a new question pops up, and I can book time directly with them to get trained on any C&P functionality. I absolutely love that I can log onto a Zoom call almost any time during my workday and get support from their team--I just share my screen and they help me figure out what I need to tweak or what needs to get triggered to get me where I need to be. All of the additional support we get is completely free--we haven't paid an additional cent for them to basically hold our hands through redoing all of our donation pages and webstores. Cons It isn't always the most intuitive interface and it can feel a little daunting to get started as a new user. Review Source GH Gamaliel H. I have no complaints and nothing but compliments about the support I've received. Pros I have had the pleasure of working with \[sensitive content hidden\] for the past two years and she always goes above and beyond to resolve any issues and may have and has even take the time to do a couple of training sessions with me. \[sensitive content hidden\] has gotten me out of a few jams, and can honestly say that out of all the online platforms we use, she is not only the most responsive, but she is also the nicest. Cons None. In all honesty the most common issue we encounter with online platforms is limited report options, but that is not the case with Click and Pledge. Review Source NH Nina H. She has also been helpful in giving a walkthrough of how the CONNECT forms work - our group is preparing to replace our current donation form (which is a customized form) so that we can take advantage of the new payment methods available as well as the option for our donors to cover the fees with their contributions. Cons Some of the recent Stripe features have been difficult to manage (mainly with payouts/reporting) - however we have found the method of using C&P Support to assist us with setting up reports for us in our Salesforce that are working well enough for us now. There are C&P apps that are compatible with your phone to make charges. Even the back end is pretty easy to use. Especially if the app is integrated with Salesforce. It is integrated in to our Salesforce and Hands On Connect instance, which is helpful, however there are limitations within the system because it is very donor heavy. Ideally we want to centralize all payments for events as well as donations. There seems to be limited functionality when trying to replicate a system like Eventbrite. I have essentially fumbled my way through building a payment form and trying to customize it for some event tickets versus a basic donation. Pros Salesforce integration and an ability to have a centralized payment system rather than using external payment systems like PayPal. Cons Heavy learning curve and the workflows don't seem to let you simply click "back," rather the screen goes back to a main page. Review Source RS Ruth S. June 7, 2017 3.0 A great starter package for a small organization taking donations. Pros The tool is very user-friendly. The integration with Salesforce was a great fit. It produces professional looking registration pages and receipts that you can program in a matter of minutes. Cons If you don't pay for the premium support the support is minimal. Our IT department established criteria for security, ease of use, excellent customer service, flexibility, automatic email acknowledgements, reports, not selling customer information and much more. After comparing 26 different providers, we chose Click and Pledge. Click and Pledge personnel and products have consistently met and often exceeded our expectations.
