We started with uhaul in 2006 with 25 tenants and grew to 302 tenants and ran our facilityfor 3 months in the winter from south texas. No onsite mgt needed. Terrible customer service. The help desk doesn't know how to answer 75% of questions. Ongoing problems with their software, including a broken data feed from Uhaul.com, where customers pay online, which has been broken for more than 6 months. Our customers have to call us to update their contact or payment info. The say they integrate with several 3rd parties but it is not true integration, manual processes must come into play in all APIs. Terrible software that needs to be scrapped and built correctly.
