"Customer Service Sucks"

**Overall:** I'm supposed to fix or work around any problems myself; anytime I contact U-Haul their immediate reaction is they are not responsible for any issues we are having.

**Pros:** The price is the only right thing about WSS.

**Cons:** Their communication and updates are non-existent. Our customers are no longer getting email notifications. Because of a conflict in email security.

"First time user"

**Overall:** when i get stuck doing something \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] in support is always there to help me and fix thing if needed, she explains thing in a way i understand, the biggest thing is she answers her phone.

**Pros:** software easy to learn, managing tenants easy. check in check out simple. once fees are set it easy peesy

**Cons:** hardest thing for me at this point is getting e-mails to send to certain addresses.

**Reasons for Choosing WebSelfStorage:** i chose this software because \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] explained how easy it would be to transfer all info from people we bought our facility from. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is a great asset for both you and I.
