Drivers love the system and it's ease of use, easy to see screen. Cons System is difficult to login for drivers some days. Dispatching and Outage restoral improvement. Would like to try and implement more during billing collections. Pros Very Easy to use. Greatly helps our dispatcher find and move closest crews to restore outages. Cons We could possibly benefit more from the software, particularly in the area vehicle maintenance if we used the system more. Also, tons of standard reports, including state mileage and idling reports. Cons The physical GPS units themselves seem to have constant technical issues. Pros I am able to look up any of our trucks on duty to see where they are or look at previous week/month and compare to my payroll times. For billing customer I like to use it for verifying hours for a delivery. Cons Very little this happens but sometimes the system will go down but we manage to get hold of customer service and have it running back up. We run a 24/7 operation and have drivers that use to think we can't see what they are doing. Pros I love your product. It keeps my drivers aware that we are watching their movements. I have been able to track their routes and tune it to be more efficient. Cons I would like to see the software track multiple units at the same time when looking at history. For the price it's ok. Technical support, the few times I reached out to them for problems with a few reports were not very helpful. Pros The GPS functionality is pretty good, especially the reporting capabilities and the open API which allows connection to other systems. Cons The ELD implementation was a complete failure due to hardware glitches and a software platform that we not ready for daily use. Drivers and our Dispatch team had a very difficult time understanding/using the system.
