May 11, 2017 5.0 Ability to accurately bill time for employees. The alerts on maintenance are awesome and do my tracking for me based on mileage. It is a jewel! Pros Very accurate and detailed. Has many abilities to customize to your needs. Alerts on maintenance and other items makes managing the fleet easier. LOVE IT! Cons The reports are a bit confusing at first but once you get used to the layout, it is not so bad. I wish I could get rid of the items I do not need to print on the pages of each report. May 11, 2017 5.0 Pros What we like the most is, we can see the street view of where my trucks are. We can tell how slow or how fast they are going at any given time, which is a great feature. And, we can run reports to let drivers know how they are doing. Cons Although the desktop app works great, the mobile app can sometime be unpredictable. Also the feature of "who's closest" is very handy. Cons Some of the reports (stop/idle) are a little difficult to use at first to be able to verify time cards. We have been using GPS Insight for 7 years I think. We have never had an issue. I see where my vehicles are and it helps give accountability to my drivers. They know I am watching. I don't sit there and watch all day and nitpick every turn or anything. We do use the GPS insight reports as part of our Employee reviews. Speeding is down. Accidents are down. Total mileage per service is down. Gas expense is down. We don't have to call a tech and distract him from work when a customer calls for an ETA. We can see right where the truck is and give an updated ETA for the client. I haven't had any issues with GPS Insight. I have never noticed any system down time. Their service reps are great and very friendly. Their technology seems to be the cutting edge. I am happy to recommend them to anyone! Review Source AR Adam R. Field service technician. Cons At first I had trouble entering drivers and vehicles into the system. Some drivers have multiple vehicles which can be confusing. Customer service was able to help me though. The ability to add stop notes are a bonus as well. Cons Often fleet will go out of range, due to the area with no service. We have used their services for for almost three years and in that time we have experienced Sales, Set-up, Maintenance and Support. In all areas, we are very pleased. Alissa is kind, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. That can be said for any of the support team as well. Thanks for all that you do and the help that you have provided us.
