It allows us to montor truck positions, speed, odometer, current operation, as well as location, and the location (GPS) allows us to track on time/late arrivals, and proactively determine if a truck may be arriving late. A wonderful system with good UI and easy interface into our data system for incorporation into our own UIs. Excellent responsive support staff and good on-line documentation. May 17, 2017 5.0 Control the route more in a more accurate way, and confirm that the job its really done. Pros Im able to go back and see the routes to confirm a past day of visit to a customer, but all the features Im able to use are great. Cons I wish I can see the time that takes a trip from one point to other when Im seeing the route of the vehicles. wish Im able to create a report of the times of start and end of the daily route of every vehicle for pay roll purpose. We are saving money by reducing idle time and monitoring drivers out of route miles. Being able to track our vehicles and text/SMS/e-mail our drivers through GPSI has made our dispatchers jobs a lot easier. Customer Support is always readily available, knowledgeable and eager to help. We also use the portable devices for our rental fleet which has also been a great benefit to the company. However, on the surface, it is intuitive and user friendly. The only room for improvement I can think of is in the reports; they can be confusing and sometimes contradict each other. It seems like that it covers all bases as far as reports are concerned. Makes my job just a little bit eaiser Cons Hard to get used to. Since we have always done paper logs, and have a lot of older drivers that don't like change. But it seems like they are getting the hang of it. Some of my guys don't even own a computer. If there are any issues (breakdowns, etc) I know exactly where to find my machine. Also it nice to know when your customers are on their way back so you can prepare to meet them. I understand that most customers are fleets and larger companies, it has a lot of "overkill" for a small user. Cons seems like when I bring up the insight page that there is almost too much to look at. this may make it confusing to first time users.
