Misspelled Data/Poor Customer Service/Difficulty with State required Rabies reporting

Pros: Cheap system. Much cheaper than other software we looked at but we paid the price.

Cons: The company sent a new employee to train staff. She called the main office multiple times for assistance. We requested more training and we were told that would cost extra and that it was our own fault because we "rushed" them by buying the product so quickly.

Numerous misspelling on forms/certificates, including our primary veterinarian's name, Henderon instead of Henderson. Customer service told us our old system must have had it spelled wrong. Clearly our veterinarian's name was properly spelled right in our previous system. Other misspellings not limited to Panleukopenis instead of Panleukopenia, Ceritificate instead of Certificate. All of which Customer service told us our previous system must have had spelled wrong also. We have old forms to prove that this is not true. System incapable of matching zip codes to cities for state required Rabies vaccine reporting. We were charged extra to have a

"custom" report made in order be in compliance with state law.

Overall: Would not recommend this to an enemy! If we could give Zero stars we would.

Comments: We love the customer service!!! Always available to solve every problem. VERY responsive.

Great functionality. We don't even use it all yet.

I would love to see tiered training - i.e. basics first, then every 3 months for a year in order to truly utilize the software well. The manual is not enough for training.

There are some spelling errors - but all are easily correctable!

This is a very customizable software system.

Would like the laboratory data to look prettier when it automatically imports.

Would highly recommend this. We have been using this software for 3 years now.

Comments: Please do your research carefully before purchasing this "cloud based PMS". Compare products, do trial versions of it, make sure all of your staff can use its functions and know exactly what and how this software functions. Cloud based PMS and EMR's should make you MORE efficient not LESS! Especially in a busy office. Also, be sure to test your internet connection with this type of cloud based program...
