### "Get Ezyvet to make your life "Ezy""

I've had a great experience with . From onboarding to go live I felt very prepared and helped. Would recommend to other hospitals.

Pros

has greatly improved my hospital's efficiency and record taking. The time we save on charting is significant compared to cornerstone. I love the ease of access to the information and how each thing is bundled into categories. It is so easy to send records from ezyvet and also it itegrates with my online pharmacy and texting service which has saved me so much time. The cost is better than cornerstone also. Great value for money spent. Customer support is excellent you can call, but 99.9% of the time I just submit a ticket and within same business day I will get an email with step by step instructions-which is great because I just save the email and go back and review when I need for the next time.

Cons

I've loved all features of so far. I don't necessarily like all the frequent updates, but they are not terrible.

We love it fits our busy mixed animal practice very well. We integrate anything we can into Ezyvet.

Pros

Cloud based, flow follows the patient, seamless with lots of integrations. Staff feel it is easy to use.

Cons

Support could be a little better in more timely manner. Seems to have gotten slower when you have a question.

### "HORRENDOUS experience with a badly designed system. AVOID!"

Easily the worst system ever. A commodore 64 could run a better program. I have hated every minute of it, and in discussing it with others in 3 different countries, in both specialist and general practice, their experiences are the same. Avimark from Covetrus or even a basic system like IDEXX Animana are an order of mangitude better.

Pros

Absolutely nothing. Having run 4 practices, worked in corporate and independent practices, as well as academia, I have vast experience of several systems. has NO REDEEMING FEATURES. I cannot believe anyone would ever, ever buy this product!

Cons

Confusing, complicated, multiple paths to get... nowhere - or everywhere. Confusing terminology. Horrid, horrid, horris and massively inefficient. Learning the system is a nightmare; expediting work - forget it. Too many steps, parallel processes that don't overlap; tiny buttons you need to click her and there, but sometimes - not the buttons, the text, different colours.....

I've had a fantastic overall experience with . Very easy to use and I love the customization. I love that super admins have the flexibility to do things, build things, etc.

Pros

The flexibility it has for super admins, customization, integrations, and features. We are very software heavy at our hospital and this helps when it comes to all the things we need to do for workflow, communication with our primary veterinarians and clients, as well as team functionality.

Cons

Taking away features that people enjoy and are extremely helpful during new upgrades. Over the last year, it also seems like the support has declined as well. There have been many time where I have called and requested a call back and stay in queue, and I've never gotten a call back. There are also times where I decide to wait, and then I get hung up on after being on hold for over an hour.

### "The Best Practice Management Software for Small Animal Hospitals"

Wonderful. No software is perfect, but this is the closest we found during our demos and we looked at a lot of options. hasn't let us down. yet.

Pros

The software is intuitive for all of our team to use and is reliable. The implementation was also very easy with the onsite team to assist us during the first week of our rollout.

Cons

I wish customizing reports were a little easier. We run a lot of reports and sometimes we need to call for assistance in creating them. Overall, the reporting is robust.

I give it a solid 80%... There are some features that I hope will come later & I hope they are actively testing AI integration, but day to day it runs our practice management effectively & I wouldn't change.

Pros

I am such an advocate of since we joined in May 2023. It has helped us tidy up our inventory & client communications so so much. I like how we can customize it to the needs of our practice. Is it perfect? No, but it definitely makes us more efficient & we are better set up to capture charges accurately by creating templates for all of our therapeutics, procedures & surgeries.

Cons

I wish we could link better with Jotform & other externals to make our CSR team workload better. I MASSIVELY wish it integrated with WhatsApp.

I would absolutely go with again. While not intuitive to the new user, it gets all the jobs done that we need to be done, and very thorougly.

Pros

is a very robust system, perhaps the best cloud-server system. It handles clinical work pretty well, and practice management very well.

Cons

The system is designed to support specialist hospitals that see a patient only one or a few times. It lacks a "narrative function," which is more applicable in a general practice.

It's user friendly and incredibly customizable from templates, estimates, clinical records to customizing your team's individual permissions, the options are nearly limitless.

Cons

The onboarding is challenging because the system differs so much from the norm. I've been part of a clinic transitioning to and opening a practice with Ezyvet. It is by far the superior PIMs.

### "You'll Love The Integrations and Ease of ezyVet!"

The initial phone calls and set up is cumbersome. We were unaware of the amount of time that we would need to put in. We were led to believe that " sets you up." It was frustrating to say the least. Not paying to have an implementor come on site should not be an option. We, thankfully, paid for an implementor and she was great. I have heard that others have not had that same experience.

Pros

is so easy to use. There are many different ways to do the same thing, so each staff member can do what is comfortable for them. The integrations are fantastic too! Closing at the end of the night is a breeze.

Cons

The reporting. Some reports need to be able to be run for more than one item at a time. Also, the blue fill on the total lines of reports is ridiculous. You can't read it on the screen and if it is printed, it is completely illegible. Also, the header for reporting needs to be able to be adjusted so a full email address can be be included without wrapping to a second line.

slow to learn, but easier as you go. I didn't like the go, it was a lot more work in the field than just taking notes.

Pros

it has a lot of room for medical notes and communications. I like that I can send call backs and memos to my whole staff too.

Cons

so many tabs and having to be in certain areas to do certain tasks. I don't know if you can access certain things in each of the tab colors.

### "WARNING - Do not use! Not made for any veterinarians that have to be efficient!"

I had to use this program while working at a veterinary office doing a relief shift, I have been using many many programs over the years and this one is awkward, not intuitive, requires about seven steps for one thing to get done, and clearly is not written with veterinarians in mind. It is not written logically, has many bizarre menus that don’t connect properly, does not lead to obvious logical next steps, and it does not flow. I do not recommend this at all.I currently use Daysmart but I’ve also used cornerstone, DVMMax, AviMark, and countless others over the years. Once again, I do not recommend this program; it is pushed on clinics because of IDEXX and I think they are doing a disservice to all of us. We do not need to spend extra time doing anything in our busy day.

Pros

There’s absolutely nothing that I like about this program and I would’ve given it no stars if possible. I have been in practice for 30 years and this plus one other program are the worst two that I have ever used.

Cons

This program was written by programmers that do not understand how veterinarians have to work. For example, my dentist for my dog uses this program and it took her helper 45 minutes to produce one estimate and she has been at that practice for many years, but they just switched over to this program. I think that says it all. If a seasoned professional cannot use the program easily then there’s nothing EZ about it!

My overall experience with is good. The software is a lot to take in at first but gets better as you go along and learn.

Pros

I do like the vast amount of accessible innovations provided and the smoothness of the system. The software moves at the speed we need it too.

Cons

I don't like the amount of different tabs and places where information can be stored. Examples are notes, communications, memos, and other. There are times where we have to search for things and communications that are important.

That it is cloud-based, and you can submit tickets to have the software modified. Also being ablento have multiple patient tabs open at once.

Cons

Scanning through the history is cumbersome, I often want to see SOAPs and meds, but the views get cluttered with invoicing, communications, etc.

It's been a great experience! Got to love the versatility, ease of use, and organization provides!

Pros

Everything is color coded AND labeled so the ease of use is fantastic.

Cons

The constant system updates. As a creature of habit, it takes time to adjust at the different fonts when changed, the different small changes are actually very noticeable and the frequency makes it challenging at times.
