" June 8, 2018 5.0 Certify allows me to submit my reimbursements quickly and move on with my day. I have used other reimbursement software in the past that I dreaded using because it was time consuming. Pros It is almost self explanatory. I have only received basic instruction for using this software and have never had any issues. I love the Map it feature for calculating mileage. This function allows me to complete my reimbursements quickly and efficiently in one spot. Cons I have only used the software for mileage reimbursement. I was using it almost monthly and haven't come across any issues yet. I am now only using it quarterly but still haven't found any cons. Review Source MC Maria C. It's refreshing to have a tool that actually works and I am not constantly having to submit tickets on because it isn't working as expected. I like the set up of the front page and the quick links on the left. It's great that as soon as I can log in I can see a summary with counts of anything outstanding. The email notifications are very helpful too. I also like that I can see a history of my personal expense requests so that I can verify I sent it if I can't remember. As someone who also approves expenses, it would be good to also be able to see an archived history of the expenses I have approved or denied which includes the date submitted, date approved/denied, person's name, amount, and purpose. It would be very helpful to be able to sort by and filter those headers as well. One thing that I think would really improve ease of use would be the ability to choose receipts from a file right from the expense rather than having to go to a separate screen to upload and then create the expense to be able to attach. I have not used customer support and not aware of the cost so I have not rated those. Gives you tutorials for every thing , the reimbursements and all. The interface also is very user friendly, people wont get confused at any point. They provide goood customer service as well. I believe they made an excellent choice. During the first month, I used Certify I had some difficulties navigating and called Certify customer service a few times. Each time I spoke with a knowledgeable and professional person who not only answered my question but also gave me very helpful suggestions. I really appreciate the alerts that tell me I may have duplicated receipts. Also effective is the upload feature for multiple-page receipts that I scan. Pros Ease of use and checks and balances. Pros Certify is very easy to navigate. It's so easy and simple that I wish our Company would hire their programmers. I like that it has the calendar date on the form to tie into your receipt date. I also like the mileage how it calculates for you and actually has distance calculations if needed to figure out your mileage. LOVE how quick it is to just hit submit and it goes directly to my superiors to approve and process. Cons wish you could upload receipts at the time of entry. I want to be able to do a new report and at the time of inputting the item there would be a way to upload the receipt at that time instead of finishing report and then going into receipts department.
