I need to keep everything organized and Certify provides me the flexibility of doing so. Either at the airport or on a cruise I can work on my reports. Pros Certify Travel & Expense Management is very easy to use and keeps me organized. I love the mobile receipt capture feature because I don"t have to save my paper receipts anymore. The automated expense report is great. With Certify there is no need for spreadsheets and paper receipts anymore. Cons I started to use this system recently and so far is going very well. Pros I love that it can often pull amounts directly from the receipts, so that when I add the receipts to the report, the amounts are often reflected. It doesn't happen all the time. Cons I find that the "Add Receipt to New Report" feature, creates two reports, one with the receipt and one without. But when in the "New Report" mode, all edits go to the report without the associated receipt. I tried different ways of doing this, but it was not intuitive. Review Source TR Tamara R. The account managers are great and they support in any changes and questions we may have. The functions are very simple for all of our card holders. Pros I like the support the most. We have a lot of card holders who are constantly on the road. Certify is 24/5 and they are able to support our card holders very well. Cons Although the function of invoices are new and upcoming, I hope there is a way that specific companies can submit their invoices to us through certify.
