It would be easier to use a pull down from an address book or contact list. March 7, 2013 5.0 Li-Cor has been on Certify for almost 3 years and I don't have any complaints. From ease of use to the best customer service team around, Certify is hands-down better than the legacy products available. Other systems are very complicated for the end user, which makes expense reporting a huge pain. New employees pick up Certify without training or looking at the internal procedures (which is not recommended). The user interface is intuitive and easy to use, there was no training required, I just started using it and could figure things out for myself. Cons It never calculates the GST properly as it doesn't account for PST. Having to go outside of the draft report to importing receipts is a little annoying. So easy to create new reports, add expenses, etc. Cons I did find it easy to mistakenly add the same expense in 2 different ways and had to purge that report to start over since I could not easily figure out how to remove the duplicate expense. Pros Link to AMEX card and email receipts as an option to load them manually. Cons Have the expense made in AMEX get sent to Certify within 24 hrs, many times it takes days to see them in my wallet.
